We received great customer service on 2 different days from 2 different ladies. One lady Jordyn, was super helpful regarding a lounge we were thinking of buying, with excellent product knowledge. Couldn't of been more helpful!! The other young lady named Jess helped us with T.V's and sound bars the following day. Again, very helpful, very knowledgable and more than happy to answer our questions.Good work Ladies, awesome service with a smile as well...both a credit to your store!

I had great service from Andrik in the Computer section over the past 2 days. I have a new laptop that I purchased online that had a few issues. He listened, understood my concerns and sorted it all out. Very very much appreciated.

My father bought a Miele vacuum cleaner and we received excellent service, if only I could remember the ladies name

Beautiful spot. Worth the short drive from Busselton. I just love Lighthouses.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and the coffee shop very quaint and they have the best bacon and egg burgers.

My second visit to Harvey Norman Busselton in a few weeks and had another amazing experience. This time around I was served by Lee who had extensive knowledge about the furniture, was extremely attentive and genuinely interested in helping and lots of helpful tips. Originally went in to look at sofa beds and walked out with a bedroom suite and a few other bits and bobs! Thanks Lee, you're an absolute star!!!

2nd visit in 6 years .plenty of most things for home or tech.

What a great improvement it is dealing with the new Proprietor, Dempsey! I always used to buy from this store but it went downhill for a couple of years. After months of dealing with the previous proprietor and getting the runaround for a washing machine warranty, Dempsey sorted it out quickly and very much to my satisfaction. Very happy to resume my shopping at this store now.

With all the Xmas shopping etc today I got some of the best service I've had from a young lady in the electronics area by the name of Jackie! She was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for all of your help and advice Jackie! Merry Xmas! Oh and to her line manager I say this girl needs a raise!

We bought a little lounge suite from here and the staff were so helpful and friendly - the price was great and delivery was within a week.
I also had to call to enquire about a repair on a recliner that was 3+ years old (not under warranty any more) and they were really helpful connecting me to a repairer. Furniture section are really wonderful people!

We had excellent and helpfull customer service. We purchased 3 items.As one item a washing machine was too large for you car thy offered a delivery service and installation within two days. The other items were loaded in our vehicles for us.

Our fridge at our Airbnb broke down just as the guests arrived. Matt and the delivery / warehouse team knew how desperate I was to have a new one, and within a few hours, our old fridge had been replaced with a brand new one.
