Saigon Summer Glebe

Came to Saigon Summer in Glebe for a quick lunch. The Chicken Banh Mi is great value for money, setting you back only $8.
The banh mi was fresh, full of flavour and very filling. Also tried the Vietnamese iced coffee ($5) which was also pretty good.
Staff were friendly and offered great customer service.

Would definitely visit here again!

Tried pho regular size, pho size is reasonable, soup taste nice but found quiet sweet, after adding lots lemon juice taste better. Wish they give bit more beef as obvious less beef than others I had tried. Overall friendly staffs and will come back to try Vietnamese rolls!

TLDR : chill staff, strong good coffee, good pho, affordable prices.

$21 got me a regular sized beef pho and a Vietnamese coffee.

Was a bit sad at the coffee size til I had a sip. It's very strong, any bigger and you'd perish. (Coffee was delicious)
Pho is pretty affordable and tastes really good. But also it's hard to go wrong with pho.

Reasonable 5-7 min wait as they prepped an order before me + my order.
Staff on shift were chill which was nice cause I went in with anxiety currently running at full force.

Anyway remember to be considerate when ordering from places and talking to staff.
Dealing with customers all day can be really stressful.

They have really good Vietnamese dishes, especially the Pho and rice paper rolls. Friendly and good service staff.

I had the veg spring rolls yummy and some fresh prawn rice paper rolls so good. Great staff very fresh.vegan friendly aswell.

Well the best Pho soup in Sydney, everything was perfect!

Went there first time. Beef pho is very delicious and soup is rich. Please keep this quality. Will definitely come back again.

Hidden gem for one of the best Thai restaurants i have been to in Sydney. Decent portions and value for money...taste is extremely authentic.

My friends and I ordered some delicious banh mi's here! The ingredients were very fresh - super crusty rolls were used too.

Had a delicious Beef Pho, the stock was packed with flavour and had quality beef & noodles.

As a vegan. I recommend vegan Pho and vegan vermiceli.

Phở was great, mixed meat on rice was tasty 👅😜😜
