This used to be a 2 star review, but I have edited it to reflect the impact the recent change in management has had. The customer service is so much better. I used to feel low level dread coming in here to get my coffee due to the unfriendliness and aggression of two of the previous workers. The shop now has an air of vibrancy about it and is a delight to visit. A big thank you to the staff and management of 7-11 Glebe for making such a dramatic improvement.

A 4am visit to this store ended up with me and another customer waiting for the store clerk to acknowledge our existence whilst we waited outside for him to unlock the door and let us in. Once we were graciously let in it was an expected experience in 7-Eleven and the service was as usual above and beyond expectation 😉🙈🙉🙊✌

Excellent service

Know the staff they're pretty attentive and helpful during all standard hours.
However, every time I've gone there during the early hours of the morning, there's usually a 2 to 4 and a half minute wait while the shopkeeper realises, usually at an annoyingly slow pace, that there's a customer/s waiting for them to get out of the back storage and behind the counter which is ideal and obviously more convenient for the customer. 8/10

The coffee is so good. It makes my day and with a donut on a side adds more to it.

All of the staff when I've visited are friendly and great, but the people going in and out can be pretty hectic at times.

Soon as you walk in you can smell the mould coming from the all air conditioners, it is very bad and a huge health hazard, they have open food sitting in the store which is accumulating the mould as it is sitting there. The sales staff are nice but I wouldn't buy any fresh food from there as it is a huge heath hazard for any fresh produce, baked goods, coffee as the mould particles are through the air.
Please do something about the mould in the store, you are putting people at risk.
Its a big OH&S issue.

Convenient location, busy shop but 99% of the time they don't have equel for the coffee.. Artificial sugar is available in all other stores except this one.
