They are fine, always busy, I have found the staff and my doctor polite. Finally I have a Dr that isn't moving away in the next 6 months

Extremely disappointed in this practice. The reception lady Ann is extremely rude, I have given her the benefit of the doubt multiple times. It is apparent that she has no interest in making her patients feel comfortable in a time of need. Seen a doctor recently and was basically laughed at and told that I would be fine. Very upsetting when a doctor seems to not care about your issue and encourages you to continue use of chemist bought steroid that she had just told me not to use for anymore than 3 days ?!

I have been at this practise all my life ( I am now 23) and I have never liked this practise but I cannot afford to find a new gp. I have extensive medical issues so I unfortunately have to attend a lot. The Receptionists have always been marginally rude except for a select few who talk to you with care. And all the doctors I have seen which is the majority of the clinic are rude, they don't listen to your feelings or point of views and I have felt dismissed everytime, I dred going to the doctors because of this clinic.

Rude and unhelpful reception, doctors are by the book which is how it shoukd be, but caring isn't in the GP manual it seems. No longer a bulk billing practice, but thank you for telling me after my appointment. A carer's pension doesn't have much room for budgeting for your clinic visits. They also insist on only emailing prescriptions to the adjoining pharmacy which means getting prescriptions filled at a more affordable pharmacy isn't possible.
Sadly there are not many other options around ... go to the hospital. Anywhere but here.

Truly dreadful. Bigoted, incompetent doctors and indifferent, rude FOH staff. A doctor at the centre for 2 years claimed my partner's neck pain was her imagination when she actually had crushed vertebrae. She was literally weeks away from paralysis when he had to be threatened in order to have an MRI done which resulted in emergency surgery. Staff in this practice are genuinely not interested in healing people and have a history of denigrating patients.

Made two appointments a week apart. Each time I called 10 minutes before attending due to work commitments. Each time I was informed the doctor was running on time. Both times I waited an hour for my appointment.

Unfortunately i met Dr. Evans and i would discribe his behaviour as psychopathic.

Rude receptionist, will see if my perception changes in 2nd visit
