Great shop! Wife loves it, bought some cool presents here at service is always friendly and helpful which is hard to find sometimes

A shout out to the lovely Ellie who served me today. She was so polite, reassuring and made me feel comfortable and empowered to step outside my comfort zone. Clothing shopping isn’t my favourite but she was so helpful and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, keep it up!

Just a little note to say that Molly who served me was amazing’ nothing was too much trouble and went totally above and beyond’ if only all shopping experiences could be like this! Thank you Molly I’ll def be calling again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The ladies at the Canberra store are lovely - i'd give them all the stars in the world. However... Never. Ever. Order Gorman online. It has been the worst experiance ever x3 and now I'm chasing up correct refund amounts and missing items. Its been weeks & they won't answer the phone so it's only email communications. I will only purchase in store moving forward. And this is providing that they sort out my outstanding issues otherwise they've lost a mega fan.

I've attempted to shop at Gorman on three sperate occasions. Not once have I or my Fiancee (whose actively trying stuff on and looking at products) been approached or even smiled at. This is poor customer service. The staff would all prefer to gossip and talk on their phones while behind the counter or talk to window shoppers then actual customers. If any of the staff here were my staff all would be fired this is actually some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. On my last visit my Fiancee was prepared to spend upwards of $400, yet they couldn't be bothered to even approach or give us a wave.

They are lovely in store but Gorman online is terrible. I had to chase and chase to get a refund as they only refunded one item even though I had returned two. They removed my welcome discount even though I had still purchased enough items to claim it. And they refused to refund bathers despite not clearly disclosing that they would not refund them. I would never have purchased bathers online if I had have been told that I could not exchange them. I will never buy from Gorman again. Terrible experience
