Quality Hotel Lighthouse

Awesome service from the lady at the counter looking for fly spray for us (she did not give up). Was very relaxing. Good view. Next time top floor for us lol. No faults at all very comfortable bed. Very clean room. We stayed at 5 other motels on our trip south this was the best. Stayed on the 03/04 January 2024 Thanks Bruce and Jasmin

Lovely Seaview room although needs a bit of an update, staff friendly. We had a 70th birthday at the Basalt and Glenn went above and beyond to make it very special. We have been here before and cannot fault it

Beautiful location and value for money. The room we got overlooked the ocean with an executive spa which was a really nice experience to have your own spa! The beds were quite comfy as well as the room itself, nice and spacious!! The staff was really helpful, specially Sara! She was super nice and happy to accomodate (: The breakfast as well was really good with a nice range of food and the restaurant was also very sweet and helpful. Overall a great and relaxing experience, would recommend highly to anyone specially because it’s so central and right near to the beach plus the lovely service from the whole team! Would definitely come again 😁

The buffet is amazing for such a low price the rooms are a little bit squishy tho don't come with more than 6 kiddies or more

Staff are so easy to get along with and helpful.
Rooms are clean and well done.
Only had breakfast in the restaurant but its always a great spread of cooked and non cooked selections.
And tge view from the restaurant windows is always an awesome accompaniment to help start any day.
Highly recommend for anyone to get to even for a night away...

Great accommodation right at the base of the light house, overlooking ocean. Clean comfortable rooms, with indoor pool, spa n sauna great for families, couples or individuals. Relaxing and modern decor. Washing machine and dry facilities avail at no charge to guests. Great priced rooms

Amazing location of the beautiful hotel by the sea. The entrance was very elegant and cozy. The staff was very professional and helpful. We stayed in room with a pool view. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is also a spa and pool area with the sea view. The hotel is located only 10 minutes walking distance from the main strip.

Excellent place to stay with family - spend a night at the Poolside room during Christmas break. The room was very clean when we arrived and also the sofa bed was already made, probably because i had mentioned that there will be three people. This was very thoughtful. I think the poolside rooms are really nice for the view towards the beach as well, rather than ones at the back of the hotel.

This place is very close to the beach - the beach is a bit rocky kind of beach - but has little nooks where kids can take a dip. It is also walking distance to the main street which has all the restaurants. The check-in and check-out were simply no-fuss, quick service. We didn't try the restaurant, as there were so many options quite nearby.

We were in a newly refurbished room, beautifully finished off and very modern. Toaster, coffee/tea making, shortbread biscuits, decent sized fridge, air conditioning was super efficient.
We had a small decked patio facing the ocean where we watched the sunset and sunrise with our cup of tea!
Automatic light in the bathroom...MAY cause disrupted sleep as the glass although frosted shines through onto the (King) bed....
Big T.V and you MAY be able to connect to your Netflix/Stan account??
Has an iron and ironing board and extra blanket.
A beautiful walkway either on the beach or footpath! A coffee van nearby...

Very happy with Lighthouse Quality Hotel. Partner and I stayed for two nights in the deluxe city view room. Absolutely lovely room, clean and the view was amazing. Lovely service. Can’t complain and wasn’t too over priced, didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t comment however will definitely be staying here again. Location is perfect. Very happy with the hotel and will be recommending.
