Initial appointment today, Jarryd listened, and explained the pain I was having with my current injury. He created a plan to get me back doing the things I enjoy sooner.
Also had round one of Shock Wave Therapy for a heel spur/foot pain was painless, I'd even say it was quite pleasant.

First time appointment and there was no mucking around after asking some questions onto shockwave therapy on my painful feet. Can't wait to have the next session and feel the improvements.

Good afternoon I am very pleased with the treatment I received today from Eva. Very professional and explain what had cause my problem. I have booked follow up appointment and she showed me what exercises to do at home.

After years of searching I've finally found a place where I feel like I'm not just another number on a list and I can attend my appointments with confidence that I'll be treated in the best possible way.
Sujatha is an excellent therapist and with her you're in very safe hands.

Sujatha is an amazing Physiotherapist. I have seen a few over the years and none were as professional, friendly, welcoming AND knowledgeable and skillfull. I felt totally taken care of and had walked into the appointment in pain and walked out of my appointment with relief .

The receptionist was also lovely and efficient. The booking process is very convenient, as is the location and the fact that I was able to make a last minute appointment when I needed it the most. Coming into Christmas I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get in anywhere but they were very accommodating.

Overall I highly recommend.

Great service and knowledge. I have a rotator cuff injury and had it seen to by physician. Great manner and also bought some heat bags for the family which work well and are good value. I’m coming back for some more appointments so will write another review next month.

Sujatha was outstanding ! Understood my injury and my goals in managing this injury. Treatment was first class, given a rehab program. Best physiotherapy experience in a long time!

Sujatha was fantastic! Back pain sorted! 20/10!

For 5 months, I'd been suffering excruciating sciatic pain, a debilitating electric pain from lower spine across to hip and down one leg. I had 4 chiro sessions, then 2 sessions with my (to date) miracle worker masseur... all to no effect. I thought I might be headed for surgery, but thought I'd have one last shot at a less invasive solution. I am so lucky and thrilled to have found Jarryd at Health First. After 3 sessions of physical therapy and dry needling, I am pain free. I am now a dry needling convert, and I wish I'd given it a go when I had frozen shoulders. Jarryd is a very calm, pleasant and kind person, who never makes you feel he's in a rush, is always on time, and is committed to solving your pain problem. Meegan on reception is also warm and friendly. It's just a nice place to go... especially when your chronic pain is sent packing! Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.

The service and the cleanliness was absolutely perfect. The Physio therapist went out of her way to do as much as she could for my visit and I’m starting to have improvement already i’m following her instructions with all of my new exercise and would recommend them to anyone.

My first visit after a foot op proved an immense benefit. I am very happy with the initial treatment and understanding of the how, why and for and am now beginning to walk so much better. Self treatment and exercise to perform at home is invaluable.
