Service from the young girl was second to none(can’t remember her name). She helped to get the product from a different store in SA over the phone as they were out of stock. They have a huge sale on various brands storewide. If you have a travel plan, visit this store. Highly recommended

Excellent customer service

Both me and my partner dealt with different staff. I buy all my bags through strand bags back home and we needed another suitcase, but both of us found the ladies were either rude or not interested in helping. Was a suprise given the normal service levels. We left without buying and will wait till we get home.
