Went for a short walk from honeymoon pool as it got way too busy. Saw little mushrooms popping out from trees. Calm and peaceful area just to absorb the serenity. Downside is that they have heaps of March flies. So, either bring some bushman’s or apply natures botanic cream on you. Otherwise, the ducks will eat the March flies you smack dead.

An amazing spot, with incredible views and trails through the bush. Lots of wildflowers to be seen during spring! Would love to spend some time camping here, to have the time to explore all that is available! Nice amenities, including a cafe near the mural lookout.

10/10 spot for a good weekend of chilling by the fire.

Shy 2 hours south of Perth so you get a decent drive to the location and some decent tracks in.

Heaps of spots to camp so there is little to no chance of other people setting up camp on your veiw. Water is clear and safe to swim, maybe even a fish or two. Couple of yabbies and plenty of stars to look at night.

Never had a problem with trash left or young blokes running a muck so that's always a plus.

Just stop looking at the photos and come enjoy this veiw for yourself 🤙

Awesome location for a bit camping, hiking, playing around, and in the water. The dam mural looks spectacular. The new hiking trail is fantastic also. Wiilman Bilya.

Fantastic park. Great camping facilities at Potters Gorge campsite. Short distance to Wellington Dam newly completed Mural. Walk/Bike trail from Potter Gorge campsite or drive to the Kiosk area above dam. Well worth the visit to check this amazing piece of art work

Beautiful place. We found this place by chance because we wanted to escape the Perth heat during Australia Day. Oh boy was it worth it to drive this far. The small creek was a joy to swim in. Next time we'll definitely stay overnight here. There are primitive facilities here but can't complain because it is a camping ground.

Wellington dam is a beautiful place to camp, easy to take your caravan along the roads to your camping spot. Great for kayaking, snorkeling, or taking a small dinghy.

Was awesome. Just bring some good fly spray in the summer to keep the March flies away they were horrible. Great place for little dinghy's

Fairly easy going driving through here. Any awd or 4wd vehicle will be fine. Very nice scenery and good places to stop for lunch along the way.

Amazing hiking country , especially on blue sky winter days , chilly start , but beautiful scenery and the lookout a little over halfway is priceless spot to have a cuppa with friends and something to eat at the picnic table with valley floor and water views .

Such an amazing spot to explore in a 4wd . Tracks range from scenic tracks to extreme. So many hidden spots to explore around the dam on all sides. Honeymoon pool is also a must see for a swim or camp but get in early as you can't book spots. Pack some food and go exploring.

If you want a scenic place with picturesques views I recommend here. It has a shop, as well as Bbq and picnicking area to stop for lunch. Tom jones drive has a Bbq's, camping area and also Honey Moon Pool has a camping area, Bbq's and swimming area. Ring the Collie shire for camping site fees and bookings. A good experience for all the family to enjoy.☺
