Very new modern store in Drouin, across the road from a shopping centre and right next to a park with a Skate Park adjacent to the building. Great if you're travelling with kids who want to let off some steam. Nice outdoor dining area as well, that looks out onto the Park and Skate Park. Restaurant is spotless inside and looks brand new. Toilets were clean and everything works as it should. Friendly staff, we got service with a smile and my coffee was ready within minutes, even though it was quite busy.

Very polite today and food was on time for once and everything was in my order great work guys 😉😀

We have been in the area for 6 years, and over the 6 years, I have had some amazing experiences and some downright terrible experiences. I don't blame the staff, but the management for not training the staff, but for the last 12 months, they have really picked up their game right across the board and have been amazing.

Great fast, Drouin McDonalds is the only quality macas currently. Better consistency of burger structure and not forgetting ingredients, gotta have the pickles. Outdoor and indoor eating areas, fast internet. Best macas in Gippsland in my opinion

Very friendly service, the toilets were surprisingly hygienic than expected, the building is kept in good care and it is a very modern McDonald’s, we ordered a mcchicken meal and it was very yummy. The hot chocolate was actually hot for once and my daughter enjoyed the happy meal, with the dinosaur egg being the favourite part and beware if dining in you will have to scan the QR code and enter some details for contact tracing. The staff didn’t get any orders wrong and it was all smiles :). All in all a great experience and would visit again if travelling in the area.

Really enjoy the food from this place. Many can be mediocre at best. But here they always seem to go above and beyond. Especially with the food allergy in the family. 100% every time.

Good Cappuccinos, excellent service, friendly staff and clean tables.
Wi-Fi is usually available and you can usually get a newspaper.
They have fit a lot into the Kids playroom as it is small but my children have found it to be fun and they often have plenty of other kids their to play with.

Very clean restaurant inside and out!! Food well prepared!! Well done!! Just need plant based burger!! But love Angus burger with no meat/cheese/mayo and great that Macca's reduces price when you don't have meat!!

We came to this McDonald's on the way to Mt. Baw Baw, and even though this was 5 minutes out of the way, it was definitely worth it. I have never enjoyed a hot chocolate that delicious, and their food was hot, fresh and delicious. To top it off, the customer service was amazong. Highly recommend stopping here.

Lateisha who served me was absolutely fantastic, great service and made sure I had everything I needed along with making sure my meal was delivered in record quick time. 5 stars for her great service.

This morning at 6.50am I got the best coffee ever. A tall young lady made it for me, it was just perfect. Thank you so much. It made my day.
