Super clean - appreciate the woman who was regularly vacuuming and wiping tables. Appreciate the fries were cooked in fresh oil and didn’t have a stale oil taste. We’ll be back!

It feels redundant to review a Maccas but this is probably the only Maccas that has never done me dirty 🙆‍♂ usually the workers look like they want to kill themselves but everyone here is so nice, talkative and look like they love working together! Also to the manager lady with the glasses the ponytail who usually works nights you are the best 🎉

This store is brilliant. We have been customers for several years and the Store Manager Blake is excellent both with customers and Crew. It’s a well oiled machine. Having been a McDonalds manager in the past, I can evaluate the store from experience as well as a customer perspective. The store runs by the QSC values of McDonalds. Quality, service and cleanliness is key to running a good store and they do it well here. Friendly young kids with smiley faces, doing an outstanding job.

Tidy place, nothing was missing in the order, food cooked nicely and no issues with service.

Thursday night at 6:00, counter full of Uber eats directory king driveway queue that was moving nicely and the counter service was fast and efficient.
The toilets where clean as was the restaurant.

They where very busy, but all aspects of the store were taken care of.

Best staff , they listen and understand the customer.

when comparing to more than 30 McDonald's in Melbourne that I already have tried, This branch is in another level.
It's Clean and tidy. there is always one or two persons who are cleaning tables, floor, even walls.

Food is fresher and the coffee taste and quality is quite different from other branches.

Thank you for understanding the brief of “as many pickles as you can fit” and even throwing in some extra!!

Best service ever. Nicest employees, they all knew what they were doing in such a busy time. Great food. Couldn’t complain. Every time I come here everything is just perfect.

The only thing is how rude all the delivery drivers are to the employees. Shoving their phone in their faces, telling them to hurry up. It makes me feel sorry for the employees.

Nothing much to tell but this is our regular weekly visiting plave after a badminton session or a swim at cardinia. No complain about the food and the staff is kind.

Even in busy days, the staff work hard to keep up. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff and customers. My kids love the "single serve" friends to play with almost every time we are there 😊 a busy maccas is a good maccas. 👍🏻

Nice branch and located near the shops in Officer and Pakenham areas. Clean and tidy and helpful staff.

Only maccas I've been to thats brought my food to me on occasion. Food is hot and fresh more often than not. Definitely not bad for a maccas.

Everytime I go in and ask for my whole order cooked fresh they are always happy too.. Managers are really good to their staff and always treat them with respect especially when they are letting them know how to do a task properly

This restaurant is alsways clean and service and products are consistantly enjoyable.

Was fine. Fast service and accurate order delivery. They got my super complex order correct so I'm happy! Handy location. Petrol and stuff here as well. Cool massive Gumtree with tonnes of birds living in it.

Luke (with the long hair) did an amazing job with the drive-thru. Very polite and a happy young man, running backwards and forwards to the window. He deserves a raise!!! (Dated 16/10/22 @ 12.34pm)
