Dr Shifat has a wonderful personality. Very friendly and know how to respect seniors. She has adequate knowledge of general health and well being. I went for my mother treatment, DR Shifat and Dr Nafisun works together for her and she is better now. I wish all the best for them .I recommend this clinic.

Dr Nafisun, Dr Myat and Dr Shifat are by far the best doctors in Melbourne. They are warm and friendly, very thorough in their consultations and very knowledgeable. They actually care, and always listen to all my concerns regardless of how big or small they are, they give excellent advice & guidance and provide the best appropriate treatments! Thank you to these lovely ladies for always providing exceptional service.

Many people complain about the waiting time, and as frustrating as it may be, I'm very grateful that this clinic is one of very few that continue to bulk bill, saving us money. Majority of medical clinics are now privatized , so bulk billing clinics are extremely busy, as Medical holders want to benefit of free medical consultation.

This practise is clean and friendly.
The girls at the front are so lovely I asked for a tax receipt and the girls were so nice and got it sorted for me even though they were busy. So very grateful to you both!

Have been attending this practice for 5 years now . After an injury at work left me permanently disabled . Dr has been supportive , thorough and professional

Went today(Sunday) to get blood test the new nurse was so lovely and beautiful and so amazing at her job

I highly recommend this clinic, whilst they are often busy, the doctors and staff members are always professional and polite. Especially the reception staff, I have often seen them abused and spoken to horribly. The way the handle themselves is admirable. The doctors are also very thorough even though extremely busy. Not many places are left where you can get in on the same day. Great practice. Keep up the good work.

Over the past 5 years my family have had Dr Zaman Bhuiyan and Dr Nafisun attend to our medical needs. I would highly recommend them both, Dr Zaman is fantastic with my girls, one has mild autism and the other a processing delay, he treats them so well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, both are great doctors. Although the clinic is really busy they are worth the wait. Dr Nafisun is really thorough especially with women’s health. If you are looking for caring family doctors they are great, I would highly recommend.

Was lucky to do my nursing placement here! I learned a lot and know there is so much more to learn in such a large busy practice which is treating so many people.

I worked in Pakenham medical clinic as a Enrolled Nurse student and my experience in the clinical was excellent.
All staff is very cooperative and supportive especially Dr. Zaman Bhuiyan. I learned a lot from all staff. I will definitely want to work in the clinic if I’ll get an opportunity in future.

This clinic is wonderful. All the staff and doctors are incredibly kind and welcoming. My family and I have been seeing Dr Zuman for over 18 years and he has gone above and beyond to accomodate my family’s needs and health. I always leave my doctors appointments satisfied and with my questions answered. I would recommend this clinic to every family.

Dr Zaman is the best GP that I’ve ever met in my 5 years’ life in this beautiful country. Although my family has already moved out of Pakenham, we are still willing to drive 50 minutes to his practice, seeking for his professional consultation and advices. Moreover, staff there are always nice and helpful. :)

It's so easy to get an appointment on the dame day online or over the phone.

There's ample parking around the clinic, and it's next door to a radiology and pathology to make life even easier.

Dr Tizallee is an amazing doctor! She's so kind, compassionate, and caring. She's never in a rush, and genuinely cares about you. :)

Excellent doctors, mine has given me fantastic relief from my pain problem. And even though they are a Bulk Billing Clinic, they do care - the Reception staff and Doctors always remember me and greet my family and I with a smile. The only thing I don’t like is that they take phone calls during consults with you, this distracts the Dr. and you and I think it is highly unprofessional, but what can you do? Overall though, they are really good. Go there, you won’t be sorry!

I had the wonderful opportunity of doing my placements at Pakenham Medical Clinic under Dr. Zaman Bhuiyan. He and the staff welcomed us and was always guiding us while allowing us to adapt to clinical setting. What I appreciate most is them going above and beyond to widen our skills and encouraging us to be confident in our scope. A heartfelt thanks to everyone at the clinic!
