My previous ute was unfortunately written off by a third party so I visited the team at Pakenham Mazda looking for a replacement within the payout budget. Long story short, the insurance payout took far too long but these guys were absolutely amazing to deal with and stayed patient the whole way through. Aaron and Izaak could not have been better. They’re a real asset to the Mazda name. I can’t recommend these guys enough. If you’re looking for a Mazda, go no further. A+ 😎

Had the most wonderful experience shopping for my Mazda 6 Wagon. Connor provided us with excellent service and walked us through each variant and took us on a long test drive across different areas so that we could experience the car's handling in various scenarios. He even went out of his way to ensure we got the exact variant we wanted. The entire process of buying the car was easy and communication between purchase and delivery was clear and timely. Alana and Casey ensured that all of our interactions with them were positive and document exchanges were timely and trouble-free. WOW JUST WOW!

From the moment you arrive at the dealership it has a more relaxed feel than the traditional, welcoming but not pretentious, we test drive, in that time they prepare a list of available colours of the model we are after, negotiating is fair & reasonable, no carry on with the manager coming over putting an act on just great dialogue and fair outcomes. We do a deal.

They impressed us to this point in a big way, however it only gets better, paperwork on point, delivery day set, our sales person was Izaac and he is one of the best you will find, he even sent us a video of the car being prepared, pick up time was agreed, vehicle was absolutely on point, immaculate detailing, stunning presentation, organised, easy, while fun and great care from Izaac.

3 months ago my wife and I were in Pakenham Mazda on Saturday the 19/8/23 to test drive a CX30 and CX5.
Our sales person was Tait, he was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable on the cars we were looking at.
Although the cars were very nice and appealing, we decided on another brand and have since purchased that brand.
I left a courtesy voice message for Tait to inform him of our decision and he contacted us back to wish us well with our new car. (Again very professional)

Over the past month we were looking for a new car and decided to buy a demo model from here. This is our fourth Mazda in the family at the moment and considering the dealings with other Mazda dealers we as a family could not recommend this dealership enough. They were very professional and patient with us during this purchase as it was for mum who is very old and wanted something suitable to get in and out of. On pick of the car they went through and set everything up and went through the car and explained everything. Best car dealership in a long time that’s so professional that they make sure there customers are happy and that they want to come back. Well done and we highly recommend and five plus stars.
