Sunrise on Falie

Wow! Loved staying at Sunrise on Falie. Opening the curtains in the the morning to be greeted with a magnificent sunrise was a highlight along with visiting the Gallery and the Oyster bar and the Wanderers restaurant in American River added to the experience. Yvonne and Kevin were gracious hosts offering lots of advice and directions for really getting to know KI. I felt like I really got to experience KI for the first time. Everyone was unanimous - KI was by far our best long weekend away trip. Thank you .

We stayed for 4 nights in late October/November. Our apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, with a well fitted out kitchen, modern stylish furnishings and a fantastic balcony with a gorgeous view. Everything is provided including soap, shampoo and conditioner, so all we had to bring were our clothes and some food. The location is simply stunning. If you’re in to television, there is a smart TV, with Netflix, WIFI is consistent and great and you can check out the Sunrise on Falie website for detailed information on what to do and local attractions. Hosts are also knowledgeable about the local area. We were made to feel incredibly welcome at Sunrise on Falie, had our own space and privacy but the hosts were right there in the event that we had any queries about anything. A fantastic experience generally and we will definitely make plans to return.

Beautiful spot and beautiful apartments. The photos show the view I had from the bedroom and patio. Modern, clean, tidy and extremely friendly. The owners were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. American River is in a central enough spot to see all of the central and east end of the island. Definitely recommend.

Enjoyed my stay here for a week with wife and daughter in April 2016. New accommodation. Modern. Cosy. Had everything we needed - including a great kitchen. Cooked ourselves a roast lamb dinner one night.

At American River, it was easy for us to go in any direction to visit places each day. 5 minute walk and we were at the waterfront.

Kevin (who owns the place) was there on and off. Happy to offer suggestions of things to do. Great hints and tips. Super friendly bloke. Made our week away so relaxing. Had a ball. :)

Beautiful views from the penthouse! Much more beautiful than the pictures suggest!

The dishwasher makes staying here super easy. Bonus - the property is dog friendly!

Bellissimo appartamento con cucina. Belle vetrate nel soggiorno. Pulito, silenzioso e confortevole. Comodo il letto. Buono il wifi. Ristoranti nelle vicinanza, ma attenzione che chiudono alle 20.00 dopodiché non si mangia. È sconsigliato usare l'auto di sera per la presenza di canguri

Il massimo che si può richiedere. Kevin ha progettato tutto per rendere il soggiorno confortevole e rilassante. Appartamento vista mare, situato in zona american River. Consigliatissimo. Silenzio assoluto e risveglio mattutino accompagnato dal canto degli uccellini.
