Excellent freight moving company. We had 11 boxes of household goods to move from Brisbane to Devonport. This company excelled in every way. Their customer service was exemplary. We contacted many freight companies and most of them didn’t even reply. Tasfreight responded promptly and their quote to move our freight was very reasonable. Our freight arrived on time and in excellent condition. We followed their instructions to the letter and everything went according to plan. We highly recommend Tasfreight. They are lovely people to deal with.

A lot of my property was damaged and some of it was broken including something very precious to me that I won’t and can’t get back. This company are very unprofessional and don’t even communicate with their customers to let them know where their freight is or when it will arrive at its destination. Never using them again and DON’T recommend them to anyone. When my freight finally arrived the delivery driver wouldn’t lift a finger to help move anything. And to make it worse when my property was picked up from my old place the pick up driver didn’t do anything there either and apparently had sprained their arm. If that’s the case then why didn’t someone who could lift boxes do the job. My ex roommate who doesn’t even work for the company had to move everything because I wasn’t their to do it. Absolutely the worst freight company in Australia.

Currently in Civil proceedings for damages to our concrete driveway after 20ft Shipping Container was delivered then removed by their 3rd Party, the TFS management were "absolutely pig-headed and literally laughed" about the situation, completely unfair and altogether upsetting to deal with. Horrible stuff. Now we pay more for a fair process through courts, completely unnecessary. Royal Wolf was a cheaper option, but we wanted to support Tasmanian. Unbelievable stuff. Their website is unsecure, their T&C's are unclear, they never respond to messages. The works. Just horrible.

Truck driver failed to give way when turning right into the driveway at the Latrobe depot. I had to hit the brakes hard to prevent a collision. No answer when I called the number supplied on Google. Police report is my only option I guess.

If you are so desperate and there are no other freight companies left on this earth,use Tasfreight. Or burn your goods and a fist full of money to get the fire going. True story!

Horrible service, had an item couriers from mainland to Tasmania, item was left out in the rain.
Called multiple times and they ignored they had ruined my item.
