Dobsons Electrical removed my old heat pump and installed a new one on 29 April 2024. The two young electricians arrived on time and proceeded immediately dismantling the old heat pump
They worked consistently throughout the whole day during
what was a most intensive work exercise.
The boys were polite and very respectful and it was a pleasure
to have them in my home. On completion of the installation
all debris was taken away with no tell-tale signs of the huge
amount of work that had taken place.
I would also like to commend the girls on the phone at
Dobsons. They are always friendly and helpful. They are
also very efficient and I was surprised at how quickly they
got my order underway.
This reiew may sound too good to be true but it is true
and way over and above the service that one seems to
get these days.

Very impressed with not only the quick timeframe from phoning to book in an electrician to install new power points in our federation home recently purchased in Ulverstone but also both the electrician and the apprentice on their manners, speed of the work undertaken and friendly attitude. We had a problem with our heat pump 5 weeks ago.
Mason came out and temporarily fixed it.
Jason and Mason returned 3 weeks later to permanently fix the problem.
Both tradesmen were polite, efficient, knowledgeable and worked quickly to rectify the situation.
They even cleaned once they had finished.
We were very pleasantly surprised with the very reasonable cost when we received their account.
Would and do highly recommended Dobson's for any electrical work.

These guys are super busy so don't expect to get someone out immediately, but there's a reason they're booked out so far in advance... Because they are extremely good at what they do! Nicest team. Worked quickly, did the job flawlessly and cleaned up after themselves. After some very lackluster experiences with other operators, I'll always go to Dobson now for electrical work! Cheers guys!

I rang with a stove problem. Early next morning an electrician arrived to work out what was needed. Off he went and got the spare part. All checked over and stove as good as new.

Years ago Dobson Electrical was a family firm recommended to me. I would now not use another electrician. Everyone who works there is knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, courteous and most helpful.

Great business to deal with. Had some work done at my home which turned out to be more complicated than we were expecting. Dobson Electrical, however, kept to their original quote, which was already well priced. Will definately use again.
