On arrival from the mainland to Davenport my 23 KTM 890 had dropped all tech after 1500klm. Dean at North West got my bike straight in the work shop for Jeff to diagnose the issue.
A fantastic ,professional experience.
I only wish mainland Australia had the same attitude towards customer service.
They also assisted in the transport and diagnosis of another breakdown

I am currently travelling around beautiful Tasmania on my motorcycle. Unfortunately I had a flat tyre on my DR650. I called the team at Northwest Motorcycles. They had my tyre tube and repaired it that morning. Awesome team members, great riding tips and amazing service. I highly recommend the team and shop. Thanks very much Northwest Motorcycles. Bought a new KTM and had an amazing experience. Dean has a great knowledge of bikes and all the staff were extremely helpful. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Dean even helped me load the bike on the trailer and strap it down in the rain..

Got a flat tyre on my bike just before getting on the Spirit to come to Tasmania. Whilst on the Ferry I rang a few shops in Devonport who informed me that they would not have any mechanics working on Saturday morning that would repair my tyre. Dean said the same thing but also offered to meet me at the Ferry terminal (at 7 pm on a Friday night) to repair the tyre from out of the back of his van. He was there waiting for me with a smile and a repair kit that got me out of trouble! Service above and beyond my expectations! Highly recommended!

Dean listens to what the customer needs and helps chose the right product! The quad I purchased is used every week on my acreage and it’s work every dollar…

Walked in at opening time with a CEL, team were welcoming and helped me out in record time.
Friendly staff who also checked and fixed a few other things they saw wrong with the bike.

Great service, Update Even better now they have moved into there new shop. Everyone is helpful, Dean is super helpful. Great to have a local outlet on the coast.

Always helpful, and accommodating, I have an older model of the KTM family but the guys give me the same attention I would expect as if I had purchased one of their latest models, when ever I get something off them they always offer advice on fitment and anything else I may need to know with my purchase. Keep up the great work, and support local!

Great customer service and excellent prices. Got off the ferry on Monday morning with 1 clutch on a KTM not working and a clutch lever broken (due to stupidity) on my V Strom. We arrived before opening and they went out of their way to look after us. Both bikes fixed and out the door by 10.00am. Highly recommended.

recently I bought a new Suzuki road bike from Dean at North West motorcycles, this is my 2nd new bike from him,on both occasions he and his staff have been very helpful , friendly and approachable,Dean delivered both bikes to me and gave me a lift back to Devonport after trading my bandit while awaiting the new bike arrival, I've known Dean for many years,and have always found him to be a high calibre salesman, he knows his stuff. Riding from Brisbane I'd blown a fork seal on the day I was to board the ferry. With no one open on a Sunday I decided to do the trip and go to the nearest Triumph dealer on arrival in Tassie.
Was waiting outside Northwest Motorcycles when they opened on the Monday morning.
Workshop staff went out of their way to help. Couldn't locate an OEM part but managed to source an aftermarket set of seals so I didn't have to wait in town overnight. They knew that my time in Tassie was limited so they squeezed me in and started work on the bike straight away. Pleasant, professional and helpful crew. Kept me informed as the job progressed. Very happy with the service and would have no problem recommending them based on my experience with the workshop crew - I can't comment on other parts of the business.
