We went to a board games retreat weekend here & can’t speak highly enough of the well maintained, clean, spacious, warm facilities. It is a ‘camp’ style facility so not glamorous but if you want to have a large group (about 60 for us & it can hold many more) event, this is great.

The food was delicious; roasts (with home grown beef!), mex style one day, bbq lunch the next with great salads, even pickled carrot & cabbage, hot breakfasts, fruit salads, delicious desserts like fruit & sorbet, cheesecakes, really great morning & afternoon teas, dietary requirements really catered for.

Camp Clayton is set on the coast & you can walk to a lovely beach or just enjoy the grounds which have lots of play activities as they run lots of school camps. Adorable camp cat named William.

An well setup campsite suitable for a wide range of camps, conventions and day programs. Friendly and competent staff available to run a variety of activities as well as opportunities to organise your own schedule.
