Beautiful location just a couple of minutes drive from Harrietville… along with the glorious water hole there are lots of shady spots together with tables , seating and parking is no problem - great photo opportunities too !

Absolutely beautiful! Clear water to swim in, and a lot of places to sit and have a picnic. The trail around the lake is also quite nice. Really recommend going in the morning, however; on nice days, it can get pretty busy.

Awesome little swim hole..
Be aware.. IT'S DEEP and coldish water..
But Awesome for a Kayak, swim, floaty toys and a good family day out..
There are toilets available up in the carpark too.

One of the best places to check out when staying in Bright.

Just a 20min drive from Bright, The Dredge Hole makes for a great day out.

Nice little Jetty, Cool Rope Swings and decent water to swim in.

OK for kids but would suggest that kids should wear a Life Jacket, even if they are confident swimmers.

Nice view from the jetty & it is very close from the Tavare park.
