Loved our experience at SamSam, previously named as SoulSeoul? We were confused at first, too cause we just looked it up on google maps. Apparently, they just renovated and decided to change their name😁
You'll order and pay via QR code and the robot server was so cool..The food was yum esp. the chicken!
Added bonus for the complimentary glass of red/white wine!! Love it!! Staff are also very warm and professional❤🍾🥂🎉

Beautiful food and worth every scent, all of this and dumplings came to $84 which is so reasonable. We left full and happy - great customer service and will be returning!

Got the beef bulgogi bibimbap and the Kim chi pancake on uber eats. Was delicious and put together fast. Was good.

This is the second time I had it delivered via UberEats, it arrived promptly and still was hot when I opened it. Chicken tasted perfect and even better than last time. Batter was not too thick exact the way I like also crispy. Seasoned as well so it was enjoyable with or without sauces. I’ve tried soy garlic, spicy sauce on the side and it was a generous amount. Side radish pickles and cabbage salad also shouldn’t miss point, so addicted!
If you’re a chicken lover, not greasy and rather tender crispy, this is the one you definitely have to try!
I am already expecting next delivery!

Great Korean food! Large servings size, we had a small serve of KFC and another dish, struggled to finish it.

First place to visit after the extended lockdown. They sat us straight away, food was even better than months ago. I had the chicken Bibimbap, husband had the fried chicken, and we shared a side of kimchi. Loved it! Seoul Soul never disappoints :)

Had the best time at your resto. Food is superb and our server (Argie) was adorable and entertaining, plus he was attentive and knowledgeable - he deserves much kudos. We will definitely be back soon!

We have always loved the food here, used to always order as take away. Korean fried chicken highly recommended. The seatings here are like barstools , sometimes might not find it comfortable
But other than that customer service and the food is excellent

I love their food and service! Usually I'd get the Korean Fried Chicken and it is always excellent! The staff are very friendly too and the place is in a great location with plenty of parking around the back.

Driving past and place caught my eye with their glowing decor. I stopped immediately and went in desperate for dinner. I said to my wife I only wanna pay 30 bucks for two. She said no way you pay so little for going out. This place blew us out of the park. Awesome staff. Awesome chefs. Awesome vibe.

The fried chicken is INCREDIBLE regardless of how spicy you like it. I had the garlic soy and it was to die for. No bones so you get full bang for buck.
Social distancing is really good as well.

As an asian here in Melbourne, I have come to love Korean cuisine because of Seoul Soul Plus 🥰 I love their Hot stone Bibimbap that comes with a variety of vegetables and especially the crispy rice on the bottom. I also recommend Seoul Soul's Kimchi Hot pot its a bit spicy with vegetables, tofu and a bit of pork is a perfect combination if you want a hearty meal! Will be back soon 😊

The food and service was great! Quennie and argie took care of us like we were their children :) If there's anything you need, they are the go-to staff in this restaurant, they will make your experience very enjoyable.

Tastes just like the bibimbap in Korea. Took me straight back to Seoul. Lovely and attentive staff. Delicious food and KPOP music. What more could you want? Will be back again and again.

So good when you get home and just can't bring yourself to cook. Dosirak and bibimbap (any flavour, really) are deliciousness made takeawayable.

Authentic and affordable. The set up inside is trendy and very reminiscent of venues in Japan, with the floor being very open. Try the Stone Pot Bibimbap!

Really like this place. Casual Korean. Heaps of vege options. Spicy if you want it. Try hot stone bibimbap. Yum. And staff always friendly and helpful.
