Coles Northcote (Separation Street end)

I've stopped here for many years- from when it was a Bi-Lo supermarket, and continued when it became Coles. Staff are friendly and helpful. Store is clean. Good range of fruit and vegetables available although prices are going up at a great rate! I try to buy my usual favourites when items are on 'special'. When Kmart store next door closed all the shops in the Northcote Plaza suffered as many people who visited Kmart would shop at the Coles supermarket too. However, I'm happy to say that my Coles store has remained well patronised.

Just a shout out to a staff member (blonde 20s-30s male) who works at the checkout area. He is consistently so friendly and helpful to everyone. It’s always nice to see someone genuinely caring of customers.

I hope he is manager if he isn’t already! Thank you for always being so welcoming

Coles always have a great range in their supply of stock on shelves and in freezer storage plus refrigeration. Although I can't remember skipping through 3 weeks ago so much, it must have been an odd foray for some powerful toothpaste that often goes on special. The checkout ladies tend to be real characters for a quick chat on the way out sometimes, depending on who's on. Cheers!

Come here regularly. Happy with the service. Friendly staff. Minimal waiting at the checkout. Carpark areas are mostly uneven, can be a challenge to push the heavy trolley.

Different to other Coles stores. More ethnic oriented

Out of 12 Coles stores I rang this afternoon, thank you for being the only Coles Store to pick up the phone. I was trying to find out if any MasterChef stock was available. Although you had none left, you were very polite and sorry. I appreciate that so much. Great Customer Service. Dear "Other Coles" Stores, this is how it's done.
