Soul Origin Northland Food Court

I have been a customer of Soul Origin Northland Food Court since it opened back in December 2020 when we had gone through lockdowns and still get to go through more the next year. Since day 1 Harvey & the team have been amazing to me. Their customer Service is impeccable and they listen to their customers and will cater to your requirements. What drew me to begin going there was their options for a pesceterian like me. They have salads that are amazing and great for the warmer weather and the plant based schnitzel is so good. I had never had plant based schnitzel before being a customer at soul origin. Coffee is so good and have made it just the way I like it everyone. And through my changes in my choice of milk still remember 😊I am a there almost daily to get a coffee for myself and work colleagues. Not only do they remember my order but know everybody else’s order as well. And have always given me the stoppers so I don’t spill everybody’s coffee before I get to work.
Since opening I can honestly say I have gotten to know some of the full timers and enjoy going to get my order and have a chat. And Harvey is a great owner of this franchise not only does he anticipate his customers needs but he is always listening for feedback or any suggestions. And a special mention to Violet and Manshu who are amazing.
Christmas Eve 2022 I came down with Covid I called northland and Harvey answered and I asked if I ordered via Uber eats if I could get my ice coffee just the way I have it made and sure enough I got my order just as I enjoy when I needed it the most. Highly recommend. And coffee is so good. Thanks Harvey & Team. Keep up the amazing work 😊

Love this new food place at Northland. Great Coffee, delcious little slices and healthy, unique salads, paninis and baguettes. The staff are so efficient, friendly and hard working. So glad you've come to my Shopping Centre.

They finally got the award for the year 2022, must visit place for premium quality of coffee taste or a brunch perhaps, everything here is just so delicious and cooked fresh everyday, the staff members are very friendly and they also maintain good quality hygiene standards while serving customers even though there's a big que to order they prepare everything very quickly and affordable prices I always order hot chocolate as it's my favorite and I specially travel 30 mins just to have coffee there
I am highly recommending this place for everyone to visit there atlest once if you are in Victoria

No matter what time or what day, or which staff member serves you, the coffee from here is always consistent. One of my biggest bugbears is coffee that's at the wrong temperature, either like lava or lukewarm tap water, Soul gets it perfect every single time. It's never burnt or bitter, just lovely and smooth . They also have a nice selection of fresh looking salads, rolls, and slices. Prices are reasonable and the staff are always very peasant and professional. I've tried just about every coffee option in the centre and this is the one I go back to. They also have a smaller outlet outside Coles which is also good, but their hours and offerings are more restricted than the food court one.

Love the coffee here and the service is very friendly, efficient and they are actually super sweet people who remember your order if you're a coffee person like I am.
The white chocolate is really nice (I ask for a white mocha) and the cold brew white is great for a warm day.
Really enjoy the app, I have more rewards than I remember to use!

Ordered catering for my son’s birthday party - classic sliders, sandwiches and falafal wraps. Food arrived on time, nicely packed and everyone appreciated the food. It was great and tasty.

Always very fresh and excellent service. I was served by a lovely lass named Sarah, very friendly and helpful as far as my options go.

There snitzel panini are to die for in three different sizes fried or grilled fresh ,a choice of wholemeal or white bread rolls ,a variety of salads ,and Kampuchea drinks water cakes and coffee ☕

1st time visit to this newly established soul origin and the food was so delicious and coffee was next level...The service was so good and the front staff was very polite and very professional..Love the service and outstanding food...Highly recommended to everyone...
