Coles Heritage Springs

Love my local Coles, although sometimes it's undetstocked. It's a great place to shop. Staff are always helpful.

I find coles heritage to be lovely and bright when you enter. Everything is well placed/easy to find. There is plenty of signs around to help people who are unfamiliar with the store. They sell very fresh produce, reasonably priced and also have lots of other items to purchase. Staff are also lovely, and happy to help/answer any question.

Easy to park and shop. Very friendly staff. I've been looking for a replacement rose scent room deodoriser from these guys for a year. Every batch of new product "smells not like roses". The original was perfect and smelled wonderful. Not sure what changed but it's not as good. I shall keep waiting. I stop here every couple of months and check. Coffee has got better

Special thanks to the baker man! He makes the nicest bread in Pakenham for sure. Actually, everything he bakes is perfect and so tasty! In overall this Coles is the best in the whole neighborhood. Everything is always fresh -instead of too old or out of stock like other supermarkets around... People who works here are lovely and very helpful, regardless of what extra service we need sometimes. I don't shop anywhere else anymore because this shop is very well managed, and I always get the best and FRESHEST grocery here. Thank you for your service guys!

New look inside, very nice. Not long until new deli and bakery sections open.....I'm excited

The best by far coles in Pakenham! The service is very good. The ladies/staff are always helpful. They go out of their way to provide quality service that really stands out from the other supermarkets in the area. They are warm, friendly and shopping there feels welcoming. We deliberately drive past other supermarkets just so we can shop here. They don't over fill the bags and they actually know how to pack bags properly.

Jackie Supervisor from Coles rang me this afternoon advising I had unknowlingly dropped personal cards from my wallet at store earlier.Returned ASAP and all in tact.

The best Coles in Pakenham in my opinion. The store is the perfect size, and the layout is excellent. Everything is where it should be. The staff are excellent, and are always easy to deal with, never rude

Great little Coles. Easy to find products and plenty of everything on the shelf. Friendly staff too especially on the self service registers

Left bags at front counter as they were heavy backpacks lady was so lovely to take them but made a joke about them being bombs which was fair enough lol easy to find things helpful staff clean and friendly vibe

Fresh produce. Nice staff. Below price cakes. ATM service which delivers $20 notes.

With all the new shop renovations near completed and upgrading and new shops opening it is fantastic and has everything you need.
