Tidy store with lovely and helpful staff. If you come by first thing or last thing the staffing can be a little light.

Good stock levels in the toys section which is nice this time of year (circa Nov 23)

Sharni and Zoe both helped me out with a faulty PS5, they were fantastic and helpful and pleasant the entire time.

Dot, the Big W virtual assistant, is another story. Possibly one of the worst things to happen to customer service, ever. Get a new AI and have Sharni and Zoe train it up, and move Dot into the Recycle Bin.

Clean store. Can always find a gift when shopping for a present. A large range of children's toys to choose from. Always find something new in the home decor section, I find their selections to be slightly different to elsewhere, which is a nice change ☆☆☆☆☆

A great big W store. Is always will stocked up. Has a great range of toys and books. And lots of clothes

Nice clean shop , great for a browse and always good picking up a bargain ,,, my only complaint is only one staff member on checkout so my daughter talked me into doing self service, I absolutely hated it , nothing but problems , even the lady that came over to help had problems,, so next time I go to browse and buy , if my only option is self service I'll just leave my stuff with a staff member and leave

I went to Big W for swimwear but unfortunately the range and sizing was very limited. Hopefully as we move into warmer weather their range will increase

Looking for specific items today in store Big W Pakenham. Was only 1 size of each left but not on shelf. Colleen assisted me and went out the back to look. She persisted and found them. Most would have had a quick look and said sorry we don't have them. I hope Colleen is recognised by your company for her excellent customer service, retail needs more like Colleen. Great shop not to many people in store easy to find things

Only a small centre, but everything you could need for a day out of shopping. It won't actually take all day but you could spend a couple hours easy.

Had placed a click and collect after CoB yesterday as I had a first day at a new job and urgently needed appropriate attire. Called midday the next day as I really needed the order ASAP and wanted to see if my partner could pick it up. Spoke to a lovely girl named Sabrina on the phone and she organized my order within 20 minutes and pushed it forward. Was a great experience and she had wonderful customer service skills. Thanks for saving the day Sabrina!!! 😂

They have most of the things you want. But not all.

Love shopping here. So much merchandise and we don't have to travel for ages to get what we need.
So glad we have big w, otherwise every time I need something I'd have to go to Fountain Gate. They usually have most of what I need here.

Staff are always friendly and helpful, and never have trouble finding someone. Products are reasonably priced and most of the time in stock. Easily accessible from outside or the under the car park. Never too busy, so great for anyone with Neurodivergent needs.

Great place that sells just about everything. This is the go-to shop if you cant find an item in the rest of the Mall shop. Prices are very competitive and affordable. Variety and good quality products are availsble. The childrens range if toys and clothing from babies to all ages is extensive and covers a great range. All clothing ranges from children to adults have a generous availability in size range. A very refreshing shopping experience.

You are also welcomed at the entrance by a lovely doorman or lady who is very pleasant and politely helpful.

Ideally placed in Pakenham Central Market Place with ample parking underground and in the surrounding parking areas. Great range of merchandise similar to Kmart. Underground parking have various entries with stairs, escalators and a lift near by. Public toilet facilities available also near this store. Friendly customer service and ideally set up to find what you are looking for.
