I've been getting some noise from one of my MB GLC door hinges. Other repairer told me it was wear n tear and they would charge me thousands to replace the hinges. I was very happy with an immaculate insurance job done by Parramatta Smash Repairs a few years back. So I decided to come back and give them a try again. Sam took my car in and 10 minutes later he told me that they've fixed it for me free of charge by just tightening a loose screw with their special tool. Highly recommend Sam and his team for any autobody repair jobs for their integrity and expertise!

From the welcoming by staff at reception to the great friendly, professional service that Sam your customer service manager showed was absolute second to none. Such a great place. My first experience with them turned out to be the best ever. From the front desk staff to the workshop mechanic and the team leader everyone had amazing helpful attitude. Even though I wasn’t a client and just needed a small help which even Service NSW couldn’t provide. After my hectic day and painful experience with many, couldn’t get help to get my rego plate removed as it had antitheft screws. They said they’ll do it for free and not only they did if provided extra assistance to save me getting fined on road. Attention to detail and awesome customer service was above the world and won my heart. Can recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat.

Hello everyone. You may remember me from my review I posted of Parramatta MG last year when I purchased my beautiful MG ZST Vibe.
Almost a year later, some nasty woman getting in her old car opened her car door and swang it so hard all the way that it hit my car on the right passenger side. It scraped off the silver metallic paint and left an ugly dark grey mark and a scratch on the bottom. I could not do anything as my hands were full and when I told her she scratched my car she denied it and then admitted after I told her I saw what she did. She then said oh well it's only a small scratch and drove off! I was furious!
Thank God I was recommended to see Sam Lahood at Parramatta Smash Repairs on 607 Church Street. Not only did Sam fix the damage, he also fixed some scratches that I did not even see beforehand but he showed them to prior to taking my car in. And it only took him not even 10-15 minutes to do so! I was so happy that I just have to do this review to share my experience with everyone.
