Alison was friendly and approachable .. every time I go or walk past she has a lovely smile. She's worth her weight in gold and that girl needs a raise! 🥰 The chicken pesto pasta and chicken snitchzel pasta salads are really yummy and jam packed into the container ☺

Good Stuff, I was served by an Asian lady with black hair, she took the utmost care with my food and gave me the right amount of salad and meat, a complete equilibrium.

Genuinely one of the best soul origins I’ve ever been too everything was perfect. Salad was fresh and the sandwiches were so good. Also the coffee was cafe level.

Hands down the best Soul Origin experience I have ever had. not only was the food exceptional, the customer services was outstanding and I can’t wait to go back for more. 11/10 recommend.

A really driven team, who does incredible coffee. Worth waiting for when they're busy. Food is always super fresh and there are so many healthy options!

Had Chicken Caser Salad and Grilled Chicken Baguette – very delicious and value for money.
However, I hope the staff would have been better in servicing customers and more informative in choices of food items they offer.

Excellent coffee and pretty fresh food.

Unfortunately, I encountered the high attitude asian Barista lady/child.

She was just so overly rude, so slow, with not a care in the world. It was a huge turn off for me. I will now limit my visits and go upstairs

I have ordered an Iced Matcha and it was diluted to the point where I was only tasting milk. I have also ordered through Uber from this place asking for a Chicken Pesto Pasta and I received a completely different item. Penne with Chicken schnitzel and a terrible sauce. It was inedible. There was no notification about swapping the order over either. Very disappointed.

With the new store just opened I can understand some teething problems. However, with 5 staff out front and 4 staff visible out back, the delay for drinks to be made is atrocious. Coffee was also very bitter.
Not a good experience for a first time.

i love soul origin but this store has disappointed me, they put hardly any salads to choose from out and then at like 2pm they go ‘oh sorry sold out’ then they just put out the $8 containers but they are not even full. also service is appalling i waited to be served and the girl just looked at me twice while she was cleaning. But i can’t bag this place too much coz food still is good lol.
