GLUE STORE KNOX

The new store is big and bright, a lot of selection. But the highlight of my experience was the lovely Georgie - such a warm, authentic energy which you felt from the moment you walk into the store. Georgie helped me with jeans - we all know how difficult shopping for jeans is as it is, even more so for my autistic-ADHD self, I find it hard going into stores let alone changing rooms, but Georgie put me at ease, she was very honest and knowledgeable and although I didn’t buy anything today, I tried jeans on which is huge for me - I’ll certainly will be back because of Georgie.
Our interaction was very brief but I needed to acknowledge it - because that brief interaction that may not have meant much to others, but it meant a whole lot to Neuro-Spicy Sophie!
Hold on tight to her, Glue! Customer service like that is hard to come by these days!
