Grace Loves Lace - Melbourne Bridal Boutique

It was my first dress fitting and I was also the last appointment of the day. We were greeted with such warmth by Chelsea (the stylist) and a lovely a glass of bubbles, it was hard not to feel at home. Chelsea gave such care, making sure she understood what I was looking for in ‘the perfect dress’ before beginning. Not any stage did she I feel rushed or uncomfortable. She encouraged me to practise walking in each dress and even suggested some aisle music to help set the mood. It was magical!! As a previous retailer worker, I appreciate how tiring the last hour of shift can be, but I really appreciate how kind and thoughtful Chelsea was during the whole process. Always ready to provide genuine advice with a smile through it all (huge shout out to Chelsea).

What a gorgeous bridal boutique! This was the first showroom I attended to try on wedding dresses and boy did it make me feel all the feels!! We were greeted by the lovely Lettishia with a glass of bubbles and made ourselves comfy in a beautiful private space to try on the dresses. I didn’t really know what to expect being my first dress try-on, but Lettishia instantly made me feel super comfortable and even more excited to find the perfect dress. She expertly helped me in and out of the dresses, was flexible when I wanted to try on different styles and gave me advice without being pushy. The dresses themselves were gorgeous and great quality. I would highly recommend making an appointment at the Melbourne showroom to find your perfect dress :)

I visited Grace Loves Lace in Melbourne for my first dress fitting and it was such a lovely experience. Chelsea my stylist for the day was extremely welcoming and made me feel at ease (as I was a little nervous). The gowns were DIVINE! So comfortable and of course beautiful.Thank you :)

Today I visited the lovely Melbourne boutique, it was my first time trying on dresses so I was slightly nervous. We were faced with incredible service from the minute we walked in the door. My bridesmaids and I were directed upstairs to a beautiful room for me to try on gowns. We were offered a variety of three drinks and made to feel at home. Natasha sat with me to go through our wedding vibe and get the best idea possible of what I wanted. Despite me being incredibly unsure of what I wanted, as I hadn’t tried anything on before, Natasha made me feel very comfortable and brought me an arrangement of dresses to try on. I am currently 8 weeks pregnant and feeling quite self conscious, Natasha was incredible at making me feel comfortable and talking me through the dresses. As someone who has previously worked in customer service/retail for 7+ years I appreciate good customer service when I see it. Not once did I feel rushed, I just felt completely heard and comfortable to find my perfect dress.
Overall, I fell in love with the ‘Mila’ dress and plan to order it soon. Cannot recommended GLL Melbourne anymore!

Being the start of my wedding dress journey, I didn't really have many expectations but I honestly couldn't have had a better experience.
Natasha was lovely! She made me feel very welcome and comfortable during my appointment. She was very attentive and understood the direction and style I was going with.
Everything was explained extremely well, the process, the ordering, just everything! There was absolutely no pressure to buy a dress and I didn't feel pushed to go in any direction.
I adore the dresses at Grace Loves Lace and the showroom experience definitely confirmed that they are an amazing company and I would 100% recommend them to my friends and family and honestly anybody getting married!

I have been to Grace Loves Lace, South Melbourne three times and each time it’s been an amazing experience! As you can tell by my multiple visits, I’m a very indecisive person and each time I went the consultants were so lovely and understanding!
I dealt with Shelby when I went in last week and she went above and beyond to make sure I got my dress in time for my wedding! I was able to secure my perfect gown with enough time all thanks to the hard work of Shelby and the GLL team.

My visit to Grace Loves Lace marked the very start of my wedding dress journey - I was a little nervous and I didn't know what to expect. I jumped on to the website and booked an appointment, the process was simple and fuss-free. When I arrived early, there was plenty of on street parking available and a great coffee shop just around the corner. Natasha greeted us when we arrived, she made my guests and I feel welcome from the minute we walked in the door. Natasha offered us each tea, a glass of wine, or some water before sitting down to discuss my ideas. She took my measurements and from there, hand picked several beautiful dresses and helped me easily get in to and out of each one. The dresses were very flattering and the fabric felt of good quality. There were also several different veils, earrings and hair pieces available to pair/purchase with the dresses which helped to get a really good feel for the whole picture. Natasha answered every question with ease and was warm throughout the entire interaction. I was worried about time frames, with my wedding date having been moved to only 5 months away, but she made me feel calm about the ordering process and alteration timelines. I didn't feel pressured to purchase a dress, and I felt as though Natasha was genuinely invested in helping me on my journey to find a dress that was truly right for me. The high level of customer service provided by Natasha made such a positive impact in my bridal journey and I am so grateful. Also - as an added bonus, the studio was beautifully decorated which made the whole experience feel classy! Thankyou so much.

Came to Grace Loves Lace today for my first appointment for dress try ons. Lettishia was my stylist and made the entire process so seamless. She was super personable with beginning the appointment by asking the style of the wedding and the vibe for the day. This helped to narrow down styles and types of dresses that would suit, I then showed her inspiration photos and she helped by picking out dresses based on my vibe. After trying on all the dresses we were able to narrow it down to a few that I loved. She was so knowledgeable and friendly which made the entire process so much easier. Cant wait to go back in a few weeks to try on the dresses and pick the dress of my dreams! Thanks Lettishia!! X

5/5 star rating for me! My stylist name was Lillian and she was Devine! Along with the boutique itself and the dress options available. We spoke about what I was looking for (I hadn’t tried on any previous dresses elsewhere) and Lillian really nailed the fit! I was listened to and understood. I was given a few options that I wouldn’t have thought of to try, and I left knowing that I’d say yes to a dress, and I did!
Upon arrival myself and my guests were offered a refreshment and time to get ourselves comfortable and take in the experience. At no point did I feel rushed or uncomfortable. I got to try on the dress I said yes to twice just to make sure. & photos were allowed from my guests which was a bonus. Above all, a huge shout out to Lillian for her patience and great work ethics. I would 1000% recommend Grace Loves Lace to any other brides who are looking for a great experience.

Had my first wedding dress appointment here and the experience was truly lovely and memorable. Lettishia is such a great stylist - she made it feel like we were all a group of friends trying on dresses together. So friendly and warm! My favourite styles from the day were Goldie and Anu. I would definitely be recommending this place to any bride-to-be.

I honestly couldn’t rate this incredible place high enough! I had the lovely Natasha, who made me feel extremely comfortable whilst I was there trying dresses on. She knew my style and definitely delivered.
Everything was explained extremely well, the process, the ordering, just everything! There was absolutely no pressure to buy a dress, unlike other stores I was at prior.

I had such a wonderful experience here! Shelby was so lovely, relaxed and kind. Absolutely not pushy at all, which was so refreshing after going to multiple gown shops.

There gowns….. WOW, are the most gorgeous, light and comfy materials. Wish I had come here sooner, I wasn’t interested in lace, but they have a fabulous range of non lace that I had no idea. Thankful for my bridesmaid booking it in for me.

Would definitely take everyone I know getting married here in the further. Superb service, quality gowns, at reasonable prices.

Wedding dress shopping can be so daunting - but grace loves lace has been such a wonderful experience. Eliza was my stylist and was so welcoming, helpful and extremely patient whilst I tried on gowns. I had the best experience with her! The Grace loves lace showroom is so aesthetically pleasing and the gowns range in style, price and sizes. Mum and I had a beautiful experience and can’t wait to come back for the second round.

This was my first ever experience at a bridal boutique and it was just amazing. The space was so calming and beautiful, with seperate rooms for each bride so you feel 100% focused on. The dresses were just gorgeous and i couldn’t believe how much i enjoyed putting on each one. My stylist Natasha was fantastic working with me and showing me all the ways you can wear each dress, she was great with my guests and allowed them to participate in the experience too. nothing was too much and i felt so comfortable in what is quite an unfamiliar setting. I really couldn’t speak highly enough of my experience here and i can’t wait to go back.

I went there with less than 3 months until my wedding, and had my dress arrive at my home 4 days later.
I made a booking with less than 12 hours notice, there is no fee to try on dresses. They had my preferred dresses ready for me to try on. The process was relaxing, stress free and just perfect. I was nervous with such a short amount of time till my wedding, and Shay instantly made me feel like I was going to walk out of there with my perfect dress, and I did.

I thought the process of finding the perfect wedding gown would take MONTHS - but my decision to go the Grace Loves Lace in South Melbourne FIRST was the best decision! The SECOND dress I tried on was it - I knew it immediately. Natasha my stylist on the day was incredible - she looked after my soon-to-be "mother-in-law" who was there as my own mum sadly passed away a few years back, and gave us sparkling win, had fantastic suggestions and just generally made us BOTH feel very special that day. Had my first ever experience trying on dresses yesterday at Grace Melbourne and it was such an amazing experience. I had the pleasure of having the beautiful Chelsea as my stylist and she made me feel so comfortable. All of the dresses were absolutely stunning and Chelsea gave me great pointers and expert styling when it came to matching their stunning veils. Couldn’t recommend more, thank you guys!

Flew to Melbourne specifically to visit this place, and it was well worth the trip! Natasha was so incredibly helpful and I felt completely comfortable asking questions, and appreciated how well she got to know us during our appointment.

The dresses are stunning (of course) but also SO incredibly comfortable. The ordering/shipping process was explained really well - and honestly, I just can't wait to put this dress back on!

FRIYAY the 13th....
Greeted with a heart warming smile and a flute of bubbles to ignite the celebration of finally committing to searching for 'the one and only'-the dress after 8 years of being engaged and 13 together with my future husband ❤

The service is exceptional from the moment you waltz through that big glamorous wooden door I was greeted with a warm welcoming smile from Shelby my stylist for the day.

As I was in Melbourne for just 3 days I booked 3 other bridal shops on the Saturday! I got to my 2nd bridal appointment and I knew I had to call GLL as I had tried other gowns that I may not have considered and I needed to be sure!

It was my lucky day, a cancellation about 10 minutes earlier meant availability in 1 hour time ⌛  I cancelled on my other appointment that I had paid for and returned to the gorgeous Shelby with bubbles 🫧  in hand we tried on additional gowns.... then 'THE ONE!!'

I had been a long time follower of GLL, now an owner of a beautiful gown! The gowns are sustainable, flattering, luxurious and the most comfortable dress I've ever tried on in all my life and for a wedding dress this is dreamy!

My only complaint was the delivery/transport of my gown, the box was quiet damaged, meaning the beautiful white box that my dress will sit in for the next 6 months is also damaged.

Thank you to the wonderful team of Grace loves lace, Melbourne and for going above and beyond it certainly didn't go unrecognised. 💞💕
