It is a typical clean, bright, spacious and well organised like other Snooze stores. I bought my bed a few years ago from a Snooze store, and it is still in tip-top condition. So I am not in the market for another.

Good beds are not cheap, and it is a good idea to shop around, and spend money wisely on a comfortable bed and enjoy good night sleep.

On a weekday I visited after lunch, the store is so quiet that I can hear a pin drop.

Extremely patient, understanding and very helpful whilst I was choosing my Slumberland mattress and base. Offered lots of options allowing me time to decide what best fit my requirements. Did all possible to arrange speedy delivery and all with good humour. Thank you Snooze 💤

David was an absolute pleasure to deal with, he was very helpful and clearly very experienced. He took the time to explain everything to me clearly. A definite asset to the team at South Wharf Snooze !

Snooze South Whaft store is all about customer experience. I didn't know buying a bed and mattress could bring me so much fun and gratification until Shannon and Jacinta guided me around their store. We laid down to the sample bed for the hi-tech sensors to measure our body profile. After that Shannon introduced us through different customised choices of mattress. I can feel that the staffs here really love their brand and consult me with welcoming enthusiasm!

Brought bed and Mattress the gentleman was so helpful with my price range, but discovered bottom mattress not same material as top mattress so if you have arthritis in hands,very hard to tuck in sheets and blankets

The best in the business! These guys went out of their way to find a double bed base and organise delivery in less than 24 hrs for my daughter who desperately needed a new base. They could not do enough for me and I honestly thought no mattress supplier would be able to find one for months. The team was fantastic and so easy to deal with and the nicest guys. I am truly grateful for the effort they went to to help us. They have won customers for life.

I called on the first day of the Boxing Day Sale. I bought 2 King Single Ensemble Beds and a fantastic price. I was served by this really nice Gentleman “David”. We was so helpful with everything including the time and day of delivery. We had to wait a few weeks but it was all so worth it. Both beds are so comfortable and we could not be any happier.

We ended up buying a double bed - Tempur mattress and a King bed base. Very impressed with Nikki who served us, technically she had excellent knowledge about the products and explained all the features with a non- pressurised sales approach.
