Excellent store

I took this chip bags and went to counter to pay when I was about to tap its shows $5.50 when I asked the lady at the counter says that for $5.50 in the computer and she can't change the price, I have not purchased it but I wanted to know weather it is a business tactic or making fool of customers

This is what I saw yesterday in this store . It’s disgusting and ants were everywhere

No sauce for pies, no lids for shakes maybe they increase profits by not supplying items

Stay away for coffee from this store.
The coffee quantity was way less (little over half a cup) than it usually used to be in other stores. When enquired if there was some problem with the machine, I was told that it's normal due to addition of many options in the menu. That is not true, I just had coffee from another store, on a similar machine, with the same options, it was full and I have it everyday from other 7-11's, so the problem is only with this store.

The cashier of this store falsely accused me of shoplifting.

I entered this store to simply buy a pie, the floor infront of the pies was being cleaned at the time so i stood in the doorway and got my phone out of my handbag while i waited for him to move, at no point being sneaky or anything, just getting my phone out. Then I hear the cashier screaming at me, telling me she saw me stealing on the cameras and being very demeaning. She comes yelling right infront of me which felt threatening, saying 'cant you hear me huh?? i saw you on the cameras! You cant hear or something? I saw you put something in your bag, you thought i wouldnt see?', and doesnt even want to look inside my bag when i showed her. I wasnt even standing near any merchandise, i was in the doorway in clear view of all employees. Had you of politely asked to see my bag it would of been ok, being humiliated and accused infront of everyone wasnt ok. Then the doors were locked behind me, which is imprisonment btw. The other employee knew that i didnt steal and ended up letting me out from the other door. I was dressed nicely and had a friendly demeanour but I was assumed to be guilty of a crime based on a glance at the cameras.

I have a panic disorder and ever since this event ive been extremely nervous going into stores, when i left i was shaking. Whoever the young female cashier is needs to be talked to about her conduct with customers, you cant treat people like that. Just know if you bring inside any sort of bag, its assumed its to steal and not because you have keys, a phone, cards etc you need to carry.

Woman behind the counter on the 3rd of March 2023 at 10:47pm knowingly and intentionally overcharged us for 2 frozen slurpees. She charged us for 2 frappes. The slurpee's were in the wrong cup, however, she even stated to us 'I don't care, I know they are slurpee's and not frappes but I am charging you extra as if they were frappe's because you should learn to read'. I even said to her okay we will go tip it into the other cup, she was like ' No I am not changing the price, I don't care, you will just be wasting a cup learn to read'. That is extremely rude and poor service (so degrading told me I need to learn to read 3 times) this honestly warrants a complaint to the ACCC.

Very disappointed with this product!

Unpleasant experience here with poor customer service. The two girls serving had their backs turned to the counter with no awareness that there had been a long line building up. One customer walked out. Finally got served and the girl just kept chatting to her coworker.

Do not recommend this shop at all, cross the road to the Woolworths Metro instead, if it is open.

Cold "hot food" and no options in a monday, 6 AM. Also, the cashier doesn't know the name of the products he sell. $8 for a orange juice and a terrible pizza twist.

Always filled with rubbish always sticky floors. The staff don't understand how the app rewards work.

Ordered via door dash and only received half the order with no call for substitutes. What a waste of time.
