I enlisted B & G Cole to help design and build my new home. The main focus was to utilize the exceptional views and for the house to have an earthiness in it's structure.
After a lot of consultations with Gayle we came up with a design that suited most of my requirements. There were several changes along the way that Bryan and Gayle facilitated with ease and I thank them for their patience and understanding through that process.
One of my requirements was to use local tradespeople and material where possible. It was through Gayle's extensive knowledge of the building industry that I believe that we ended up with excellent tradespeople and incredible materials. The stone was sourced from our local quarry.
It is without any reservations that I am extremely happy with the whole process and definitely the end product.

B&G Cole is the worst builder that we have ever dealt with. Gayle was a poor communicator, did not deliver on time and was at times quite rude. We would not recommend this builder.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Avoid this builder at all costs. The quality of their building is terrible. Cracks within months of moving in. Unfinished painting. Incorrect fixtures installed. Have not returned to fix up their mess and no other builder wants to touch it. Don't waste your time and money with these guys.
