Shell Coles Express Eltham

I passed through this petrol station on my way to an appointment. I was greeted by a man named Joel at the counter. He was kind and extremely helpful. I was a bit frazzled as I didnt know exactly where I was going. He gave me directions and made me feel calm and at ease. He is a wonderful asset to this business.

Really convenient store in a great location however the extremely high petrol prices are not ideal this is albo’s Australia people #itwontbeeasyunderalbanese

Good car wash but the equipment is looking old.

Petrol station. One of the most expensive along my commute route. Also nearly always first to stick their prices up - which helps because then I know to stop off at one of my cheaper options before all prices hike.

It's just a servo. It's only got a small in store range but it has got quality fuel.

Opening hours not very good compared to other stations nearby.

Just petrol station with no maintained service. Don’t use the pump for your tyres. That thing is broken.

If you never leave the postcode, you wouldn't know how much you are being ripped off. This service station is first to put the price up and last to bring it back to market. #ACCC look no further.

I filled up with $20 of petrol then realised I had left my card at home. I had my card details on my phone and my husband able to call through his but they kept me there for almost an hour alternating between humiliating me and ignoring me, it was awful. Use the Caltex at the roundabout. It is often cheaper, the petrol is better and they are always pleasant.
The kmart tyre service attached to the shell is however great.

Don't support this service station! Last night I drove up whilst they were still open and the staff member waited to clear the pump until they closed. I didn't know what their trading hours are obviously, but that is just rude. If you are going to refuse service close to your closing time or that might run 2mins over then switch your signs off 10mins before you close!

Go to the Caltex around the corner, they employee locals, are always friendly and are generally always cheaper!
