Great local dentist which has performed really well for the whole family. Have had general check ups, cleans and minor repair work here, as well as kids check up appointments and I have to say we were highly impressed.

- Pre appointment communication via email/text was efficient, including required paperwork
- newly renovated rooms creates a relaxed and comfortable environment
- especially welcoming for kids, with both the environment and the dentist (we had Dr Prajakta Lele) making the kids feel as at ease as possible.
- Dr Lele took time to explain all findings clearly
- efficient and friendly staff from entry to exit

You would be forgiven for thinking this place was a day spa, not a dentist!

First time being at a dentist and I didn’t feel judged about my teeth. As soon as you walk in through the door everyone is so welcoming. My dentist today was awesome and explained what he was going to do. What treatments I will need and explained it all easy enough for me to understand. I Thankyou for a great experience and can’t wait to see my new smile

5 stars from someone previously so scared of dental work. Took me in within a day of breaking a tooth, then again on the day to help me manage the pain. The doctor and assistant were wonderful, caring and so reassuring. The complete repair, including root canal, was completed in 2 steps within a week. Highly recommending this dental practice for the quality and speed of their care, in the most welcoming and understanding environment.

The staff were all incredibly kind and reassuring, and the dentist explained everything in great detail and was very helpful.

Always hated going to the dentist but it was a fantastic best experience I have ever had a the dentist Ali and all the staff from the front counter to the nurse and Dr Ali were wonderful so happy with everything, could not be happier will not be going anywhere else from now on.

I found Sandeep was very helpful and made it easy to make my decision moving forward. He spent a lot of time explaining the processes for the next few months that made me feel comfortable and I left the office feeling very happy. I will be recommending him just as my brother in law recommended him to me.

Super professional and extremely kind team at Dentessence, every single member of staff is welcoming. They take into account any issues & quirks my son has & let him hold a mirror to observe what they’re doing to calm his nerves. Dr Peyman & Dental Nurse Abeer make sure they explain everything they’re doing (before & during each step) so he is able to understand & relax. Much appreciated service, highly recommended especially for anyone who is a bit nervous about dental work.

I cannot find enough words of praise for all the staff at Dentessence. Everyone was so friendly, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. They went out of their way, organising X-rays for me and then sent them to my Prosthodontist. Highly recommend. 😁

A wonderful experience for my first visit at Dentessence Diamond Creek today. The staff were very friendly & in particular, secretary Susan was exceptional.
Dr Sandeep was very thorough & gave me peace of mind & excellent advice.

Gentle, caring and so professional. My son was required to have some reconstructive work after an injury so was quite nervous. Dr Kulijeet and her lovely hygienist were kind and patient with him, and restored his great smile. Everyone at the clinic was very friendly and there was clear communication regarding appointment times and requirements. We will definitely be back for our family dental visits.
