The team is amazing. My order got delayed by Australia Post (no 😮 there). I called WSD and explained that it was Chinese New Year the next day and I needed the champagne for the celebration dinner. They delivered overnight with time to chill. Amazing service. Thank you

Great wines at a great price. I have found WSD to offer excellent wines at very competitive prices. Also stock wines and vintages from many vineyards not seen in other bigger stores. I have had no issues with delivery always receiving updates & delivered with 3-4 business days. Wines are very well packaged. There Diamond Creek store is also well worth a visit & staff are very helpful. Easy to get lost in there browsing for an hour+. Very Happy customer. Thanks WSD.

Such amazing customer service and quick delivery, was worried about the order not coming in time for my husbands birthday so chatted to a lovely customer service rep through messenger who sent it that afternoon and it arrived two days later! Very poor customer service, my order came damaged with damage on a collectable beer box, was told boxes come glued together and are separated causing the damage/glue to stick on the box. I paid extra and above what other liquor places were charging for the convenience of it to be delivered. My husband brought the same item at another liquor store and it was much cheaper and not damaged at all.
