The person who helped us pick a Tuscan wine knew his stuff! I love when people can confidently make suggestions because they're so experienced in their craft.

Bad service. They encountered issues (twice) with their supplier with one of the wines in my order and they did not bother to advise me via email or phone. I had to keep calling to get a status of my order. And in the last call, they told me that the wine wasn’t available so I had to choose whether to get a refund or choose a different wine instead. If I didn’t call, my order wouldn’t have been sent out for delivery at all.
