It took a while to get the item instock once ordered, but it finally arrived and we were able to pick it up at the store. There was a little bit of a wait as there were other customers and only 2 people working the sales counters. They have lots of items in store and special order items available. Street parking was easy on a Wednesday afternoon. Overall a good experience.

Really nice staff. I was about to leave after waiting there for the staff handling another customer’s refund. But later, I found the guy was really patient and nice, never rushes to the next customer/sales. It made me feel like he just want to treat every customer very well and everyone will get what they want from here at the end of the day. Also, he introduced products very patiently to me. Recommend the shop and the staff there.

My family and I have been loyal Scorptec customers for years and theres a reason why! - My PC was only a month out of warranty and they repaired it for free 🥺🥺 sweetest guys ever, super helpful and knowledgeable. Love you guys so much, I was ready to blow up my bank account but I didn’t have to thanks to their generosity. My PC is up and running perfectly again ❤❤❤

Really incredible service from Aki, I explained what I was needing in terms of a solution for a dual monitor setup for my Mac M1, he immediately knew based on my OS what the best display would be without having to be too much extra cost with extra hubs etc. We did any troubleshooting issues I may experience in the store and I was in and out within 30 minutes, setup took all of 15 minutes. Again Aki, thanks so much for your excellent service.

Just Came in for Black Friday specials. Ended up picking up a 4070 premade build! Had issues placing order online but Simon Help me sort it all out and process the order. Thank you Simon and Scorptec :)

I have bought almost full system from this shop. However, I had some series problem with Motherboard. I have to admit, that the out come is not even great, yet the the staff is doing their best to support me. This is why I am giving 5 starts to them.
Btw, if you are in Australia, and if possible, stay the hell away from Asrock MB. If it goes wrong, hell awaits

I’ve built a few PCs now, every single time I end up back at scorptec. Their prices are great, stock seems to never be a problem and it’s just easy. Storytime: My latest build didn’t post, dun dun…. can I just say Christian and Jun were absolutely amazing helping me get online. Zero regrets, will be shopping here again.

Easily one of the most simple processes of purchasing, they are experts in their trade, quick and responsive, literally walked in and came out with products within 5 mins

Can only say good things about this store and it's staff. I placed an online order for pickup, and due to some stuff around on my end the order needed to be adjusted and split. Staff were incredibly prompt with updating me and responding to my queries. Good stuff.

Similar to many, have always done my orders online for the longest time, however, was fortunate enough to visit the store recently which is right next to South Melbourne Market. Excellent service by Aki and the crew. Highly recommended to drop by if you still haven't yet, whether for a large order or just to buy a mouse.

Had a warranty issue & it was taken care of fast, very professional! Be aware there is a $49 inspection fee. So only bring in the part that needs replacing & not the whole PC or you will be charged the inspection fee. The shop is open & very easy to navigate. 2 large signs for "Pick-up & Purchase" & one for "Warranty & Returns". 👍😜 The staff are very attentive, they give you 30 seconds & if you start looking around "Bam!""Can I help you with anything?" (Not too fast, & not too slow). So no pressure for sales but very informative. They have music coming from these high end computer speakers!👍 (I want them) & have pre-built PC of all price points. I highly recommend the South Melbourne store as it's next to the Markets. (Do some shopping)

Buy a prebuilt PC here and there is no issue at all, plug and play. The staff also friendly and know the computer part very deeply
