McDonald's Leongatha

This was a surprising neat and tidy McDonald's. Service was great with not much of a waiting time. Has playgroud and is situated in a good part of town.

Friendly and quick service. Their self-service kiosk printer doesn't usually work. Do remember to see the order number displayed on the screen. Sometimes you will be need to add 1 before the number.

We purchased a special order this morning, (21/11/23, 11:15am) didn’t get the managers name, but have to say we were very impressed with his willingness to go over and beyond to satisfy all of his customers. Not very often I have a good experience in any McDonald’s restaurants, but this morning we were pleasantly surprised. Keep up the good work young man.

Really can’t understand the bad reviews about this Maccas. We come here often and the food is great, the staff are friendly, plenty of seating and a decent playground for kids. We tend to eat in because it’s nice - comfortable and quiet. Gives you a good break on a car journey. Thanks!

I go through the drive through weekly with my canary yellow Ute and Pomeranian Basil Brush. I have been blown away by their customer service. I have never experienced better customer service in any McDonald's or for that matter any fast food outlet. At 54 I have a lot of experience. 🤣 Highly recommend. It is also important to note that working in the drive through is a highly stressful position but they never show it. Well done. Keep up the great work!

I have to say my family and I went through the drive through at approx 12.30 on Sunday the 29th of Jan 2023. Both young people who served us at both windows were exceptional in their service, politeness and general friendliness. Our whole family were presently surprised at the service we received and we discussed this at length about how good they were. Above and beyond.

McDonald's shares the place with Daniel's Doughnuts where we can have vegan food too. We had chicken burgers at McDonald's. They were excellent. The greens in it were fresh and juicy unlike those we had at some of the other places.

The service of the lady at the drive through this morning was 10/10. Personally I’ve never experienced such great service at any of the Maccas outlets in Melbourne.

Lovely workers I always enjoy seeing the regular staff I feel welcomed and on a personal note I recently had a job interview there after 12 years of mot working and it was the best experience back into the work force tha k u for making it a comfortable and welcoming interview

The big hug highlight is their service. Always apologize if there is an extended wait at drive through. Very courteous staff.
The environment is kept clean and spacious.
The McCafe coffee here is always hot enough as requested, though the taste might be lacking sometimes. Nothing to comment on the food as they are what you expect from McDonald's.

Always good drive through choice.. good play space for kids too.. quick service, seating facility too, clean toilet, car park space..

Delicious, hot and fresh McDonald's after a long drive! Finlay took our order and provided us with the most spectacular service. 5 stars to this young man he deserves praise I can see him going very far! The whole team was excellent as well 😄

The staff are the nicest workers at a McDonald's I have ever come across. The management & franchise must me doing a lot of right. I am from metro Melbourne & it is soo refreshing to see staff loving what they do & taking pride in their work. Quick joke: what do you call a chicken looking at a lettuce?........a chicken caeser salad.

Went through drive thru here last night, and now, som 15 hours later, am still blown away by the friendly service received. Team who are happy to be there and genuine care. Smiling and friendly service comes through in the food as weel, perfect chips and burger!

Clean tidy environment. Made to feel very welcome. Staff consistently friendly. Food always great and coffee the best in the area.
