I visited this store today and would like to give a special shout out to the lady who was working, my receipt says Heidi. This young girl gave me excellent customer service from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello, all the way through to helping me find the right Birkenstocks. Even though I tried on many pairs, it was never any trouble for Heidi to help me find the ‘right fit’ since I was in two minds with which size to buy. Good customer service goes unnoticed a lot of the time so I want to make sure Heidi gets the recognition that she deserves. Thank you again for my new shoes & I will be sure to head back when I am in town again. 😊

I ordered a pair of shoes from this boutique and they didn't end up fitting. The returns process was so easy and they were so understanding and made everything so simple even though it was not their fault the shoes did not fit. The experience made me want to go out of my way to shop from them in the future. I would recommend them, the service is amazing!

Fantastic service ! Very friendly and helpful staff member who went out of her way to help me to decide on best colour option for pants I wanted and place my order over the phone and then posted order immediately so only a couple of days wait ! Highly recommended

i got a dress from here and it got wrinkled bad and a button came of before i was going to use it for a wedding they de wrinkled it for me and put the button back on BEST SHOP EVER so very grateful

Came in to your store after lunch yesterday, and was interested in a pair of pants, when asking the sales lady about the size I required, she replied if It not there I haven’t got it. She was very rude and I felt terrible like I was a bother. Two older ladies came into the shop
and she totally ignored me so I left. I had $500 to spend for my birthday, but at will go else where.
