I have always found Woollies to be staffed by helpful, friendly people. Also the stores are easy to navigate. This cannot be said for all their competitors.

A huge thank you to the kind chap who was collecting trolleys in the carpark when he noticed me struggling to hold my heavy trolley still to unload it, rushed over and held it close to the back of the car to help me do so - your assistance was very much appreciated.
