Ordered a coffee, hash brown and egg and bad on muffin... not only was my order fast and hot BUT i got a free hash brown and gorgeous little love hearts drawn on my coffee lid. MADE MY DAY!!!! so lovely! 😍🥰

When I stopped to have a late lunch this afternoon at mc Donald's I found that I did not have to wait long to be served and that they took my order and the staff were polite patient and had a happy disposition. Also I did not have to wait long for my food here in Mooroolbark. To the staff, Great service !

Shout-out to the manager working the morning shift on 1 Jan 2023. One item was missing came back and let them know. She gave me the item and extra pancakes. Best customer service in any maccas, I've been through and they were very busy too. Thanks for making a bad day into a good one! Keep it up!

Always clean with fast service. Kids really enjoy the play area and would often request to come to this mcdonalds.

This store cops a heap of flack online from what I'm guessing is a huge amount of Karens. I joined a big drive through line this morning for a coffee order and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Staff were friendly and welcoming, store looked clean and organised.

I was extremely happy with the service at Mooroolbark Mcdonalds. I was served by a young man named Austin and he made the ordering process very easy. And then once I had ordered I was very happy because I did not have to wait long until my order was ready😊 Very happy😊

This has to be one of the best Macca's in Victoria! They have super nice and sweet team members here! On top of that, their comfortable dining areas come in different styles with access to power sockets - and USB ports!

I'm an interpreter who travels on public transports. I go everywhere in Victoria, whatever suburbs you name it. Guess this is why I tend to be more grateful when a place MAKES ME FEEL LOOKED AFTER. And this is exactly what MacDonald's Mooroolbark has successfully achieved.

I live near Albert Park, and only come to Mooroolbark to interpret for drive tests at Vicroads here.I used to resent having to travel all the way up here for a pitiful hour rate. (Vicroads doesn't pay their interpreters right, no overtime fee, nor travel allowance!) However, from now on, because of this lovely Macca's next door (and a second hand shop not far away), I don't mind coming to Mooroolbark for work anymore.

I had a drive thru order miss an item for my son's Happy Meal, which I lodged a basic on-app complaint about. From that, the manager personally emailed me to apologize and provide me a voucher to make up for the mistake. Tell me how many fast food places go to that level of customer service. Kudos to Jack Hill and the team at McDonald's Mooroolbark!

I am immensely satisfied by the outstanding service of a young employee named Austin. He deserves a pay raise. Austin's contributions to the franchise have been very positive! I enjoyed the food I was served and I will be returning!

Austin, if you are reading this, I lost my wife to dementia I had nothing left, but my trip to McDonalds Mooroolbark has truly bettered what little time I have left on this planet while battling my prostate cancer.

His enthusiasm and friendly manner

I lost my daughter seven months ago and barely smile these days
This young man makes me laugh and smile whenever I’m there

Stopped in for a coffee and lunch with a friend, I would normally put sugar in my coffee but the barista Alisha did such a great job and her service was already sweet enough.
Not often have I been served with a such a great smile by someone so pleasant. If I owned a cafe I would have offered her a job.

We were on holidays. My husband went... not Maccas, but my brother in law and I proclaimed " what's wrong with Maccas? Coffee is good. Toasties were delish. Ambience was present.

Really good coffee, quiet a shock considering l was used to the 300am drive through swill that you have to stay awake on long drives. Most of the kids are good and friendly. Food is always good

Always friendly & fast service . Serves a great cappuccino, so I think they have hired or trained up some competent staff. I will actually travel past Croydon and Bayswater Maccas to get coffeess from Mooroolbark.

When I went last sunday I was excited to get a Tyler 1 special for my eleventh birthday. But to my horror they informed me that they dont know what the (f word) it was. It triggered my tourettes causing me to say the N word multiple times with a hard R which reminded me of my sicko mode ticks. I was then asked to leave. My disappointment was immeasurable and my day was ruined.
