Coles Mooroolbark

Best Coles in the area, way better than Chirnside which feels old and dated. Always well stocked and has everything in it. Spacious inside and bright and clean. Ample parking but on busy days it can fill up quick!

I'm pretty impressed with their size and variety when compared to my usual Coles Croydon shopping place. I'm likely to go back to Mooroolbark more often if I'm looking for something more obscure and hopefully will be on the shelves.

There's nothing in particular I find fantastic about this Coles but at the same time there's nothing I particularly dislike about it. It's a good size, stocking everything I need. There's plenty of parking and it's easily accessible from public transport should you need. My only complaint is changing opening hours to close at 10 instead of 11.

The Coles store itself was great. For me, it was a quick stop to get a few essentials before heading home. Also saw some unexpected specials in store which caught my eye, so I walked out with more shopping than I had intended 😅
My only issue is the car parking, really busy, and it was hard to find a car space.

Coles Mooroolbark has some of the most hardworking, over achieving workers that are always given a bad rap, especially by those who do not understand their situation. There is a particular lovely red headed lady who is always smiling and helping those around her, this creates an overall positive aura that all around can feel. Thank you for your service <3.

It was clean, staff pleasant. Seemed large variety of products and had good amount of people on registers so wait was not too long. Staff member directing floor staff to go on registers to assist (Coles Croydon don't do this).

Here every week for our weekly shop and I'm glad our favourite supermarket is also our local. Great size store with great range on products. On weekends there is often a busker out the front and a community sausage sizzle hosted by Coles. Staff always friendly, have never had a bad experience.

Coles Mooroolbark is, by far, the BEST Coles I have ever shopped at!

The Fruit & Veg is exceptionally fresh ... and the friendly staff in that department are always ready to assist, with a smile :-). Nothing is too much trouble.
The store is large and well set out, with shelves always well stocked, and items on special clearly displayed.
The store is always clean, with pleasant music to wheel your trolley to, and pleasant staff on the checkouts.
The trolleys are lovely and new and clean, with wet wipes at the entrance to the store should they be required ... and ... there are no annoying coin slots in the smaller trolleys!!!
I really enjoy the buskers out the front as I'm unloading my groceries ... gives a real sense of community to the shopping strip.
This store is a real gem for Mooroolbark ... makes me feel happy to be living here.
** (Added note): and ... their plastic shopping baskets are even clean (which is such a rarity these days)!

Very busy but huge, great shop. Better than our Chirnside one as has bakery attached so cheese rolls and pull apart breads feel wonderfully fresh!!!!

Some 5 star service from one of Coles' employees the other day when I went into the shop forgetting that I hadn't got my mask on. Went around for a few minutes before I realised and when I asked if I could leave my basket in the aisle next to a young man stacking shelves because I had to run back to the car and get my mask he smiled and proffered his own packet from inside his jacket.

Melbourne under stage 4 restrictions, with curfew. Extended on 6th September a further 2 weeks on-top of 6 weeks living it 🇦🇺

Hate shopping, but mooralbark is my store of choice.

I'm a local. Always feel safe in mooroolbark shops. Grew up busking there and hadn't gone for years and years until just the other day and I was blown away by the generosity and kindness of some people. Loved vibing out the area I grew up with some music.
