Neeta City Medical Dental and Specialists Centre

The receptionists at Neeta City Medical were really helpful, lovely and well-mannered . Also, the doctor that I saw is very thorough and gives great treatment. The chiropractor helped with my back problems I've been struggling with for years.

This is one of the best medical centres I have come across, I will surely be back and recommend this place to my friends and family.

Very happy with my experience at this practice. Sam the podiatrist was terrific and anticipated all my questions with many helpful recommendations. John the office administrator was likewise fantastic in having a chinwag to introduce me to all the facilities. It goes without saying that the practice is immaculate, and I would highly recommend it for allied health care.

Best medical centre in Fairfield ! The staff were really good and Ann in particular was exceptional. I don't usually like going to the dentist as it gives me anxiety. The thought of dental instruments scraping against my teeth makes my stomach churn. I had to get a fair bit of dental work done but the service here was incredible and affordable. Ann's support made me feel more relaxed and calm. Thank god for the anaesthetic , didn't feel a thing. Free toothpaste samples was a nice touch !

Strongly recommend this place for those who have dental phobia like myself.

Today was my first visit to the clinic. I was very happy with the friendly receptionist who was very professional and helpful. The waiting time was short, Dr Dai-Bang Nguyen was great, he is very serious and cares about his patients. This place definitely deserve the great reviews.

Sitting in the waiting area, I've seen them deal with difficult patients in a very professional way and they seem good with little kids who are terrified of the dentists as well. Shout out to Ann who tried to make the experience as painless and relaxing as possible. This place has lots of heart and they truly care about their patients.

Fantastic medical center ! Staff were friendly and the place is also clean and modern. I saw the GP and Dentist who were very professional and kind. Convienient location too , just above the Big W in Neeta City shopping centre.

Very clean and tidy surgery very pleasant staff they treat you with the up most respect they will not judge you I would 100% recommend as a nurse myself that if in need of a doctor you go here it is the best service I've ever been given very satisfied :)

Clean, staff so helpful, doctor GP Dr Nguyen's excellent, and friendly has lots of knowledge on every aspect of medication.

It an awesome place to go to best receptions ever happy to chat with them all the time, respect and there full of love every time you walk in and all the practitioners there are fabulous 😁😁

When I first started going there it was great. The staff and Drs were exceptionally good and pleasant. The 2 stars I’ve given is for my last encounter with Ann. I had rung up asking why the pharmacy asked why my daughters prescriptions needed to be picked up from the medical Center. She became defensive straight away and went on about my daughter and how she was in the wrong and indecisive about things. I let her finish her rant without interrupting. Then when it was my turn to explain things she continuously interrupted, yelling over the phone. I told her there was no need to yell and we should speak as civil adults. She then told me I was using vulgar language and she wasn’t tolerating it. Not once did I raise my voice or use vulgar language with her. After her comment was made she hung up. I guess when things don’t go her way she resorts to verbal abuse. Hopefully she learns to handle these situations more appropriately in future.

I know COVID-19 is challenging however you need to advise people who have had appointments booked for months that you are closed - My wife drove for 2 hours to attend a Justice Department Victims of Crime related psychology appointment only to find out the place was closed. I actually rang up a couple of weeks ago to confirm the appointment would still be face-to-face. What more should I have done????????????

The service attitude was good when it was just opened, but it is quite bad now. When they opened, they were looking for customers under the guise of an interpreter, but now they are starting to let customers go to other clinics, saying that they will introduce other clinics that have an interpreter to see a doctor.
