Choosing my wedding dress from KWH Bridal Gowns was stress free, fun and lovely experience. There is a style for everyone and I fell in love with the Natasha sequined gown. The quality of all their dresses is exceptional, with attention to detail evident in every stitch and embellishment.

What truly sets KWH Bridal Gowns apart is their unmatched customer service. From the moment I stepped into their boutique (Melbourne, Armadale), I felt like the center of attention. Their expertise and professionalism made the entire process seamless and enjoyable and Jordan looked after me throughout the entire process.

I choose to add the alterations package to my dress and this was organized in house with the very talented team and the timeline worked out accordingly to suit the date of our wedding.
On my wedding day, I was so happy with my decision and the dress fitted me like a glove. I cannot recommend KWH highly enough. From their stunning selection to their exceptional service, they made my wedding dress shopping an unforgettable experience.

My trips to KWH Armadale were my absolute favourite parts of planning my wedding! Every trip there was full of joy, laughter and outstanding service.

Whilst choosing my gown, I was assisted by the wonderful stylist, Jess. Jess was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. She gave many suggestions to help me find the perfect dress, which ended up being the second one I tried on (Lou Lou & Joni from the Bespoke collection).
My dress was then crafted by the extraordinarily talented seamstress, Kim. I had such a wonderful time at each of my fittings with Kim and her work on my dress was truly incredible.

My dress was beautiful and I absolutely loved every moment of wearing it. Thank you very much to Jess, Kim and the entire team at KWH!

I have personally had the most supportive experience with Karen Willis Holmes, Armadale. The ladies are absolutely magnificent, with their recommendations, their support and their knowledge has made my experience quite magical. I was very lucky to have met Shae, Lauren, Lana and Maneeza in my bridal gown appointments. I big shout out to Shae as she was my stylist and was with me when I found my dream gown.

The shop itself is spotless, beautiful hardwood floors, great natural light, large selection of gowns, mirrors are big and the ladies are all tremendous. There was also emotional support provided and the ladies gently provided advice. It is a lovely wedding dress designer shop to visit.

The first time I visited Karen Willis Holmes I saw at least three women who were smitten with their wedding gown selections. I didn’t think I could ever get to this point, and when I found my forever gown, I received the same reaction. Completely honest and in-awe reactions from other brides within the store.

I would highly, highly recommend coming into Karen Willis Holmes to see their beautiful gowns.

After a disappointing few bridal appointments at other bridal stores walking into KWH in Armadale was the biggest breath of fresh air, the teams energy and kind nature was honestly amazing, I found the absolute dress of my dreams and with my rapid weight loss Kim was always there to assure me that they would make it work. I have had so many people reach out about my dress and I would not recommend anywhere else but KWH ❤

Cannot recommend the team at KWH Armadale highly enough. I had the most exciting, fun and smooth experience from my very first appointment with Celeste to both my fittings with Katelin, having alterations and ultimately bringing home my dream dress. The entire team are so warm, experienced and professional. They gave me guidance throughout every step of the process, without being pushy and making sure that I was completely happy and that everything was perfect before I took the dress home. I am absolutely in love with my dress and veil. Not only do I love how they looked, but they were SO comfortable to walk, dance and move around in for the entire day.

Came in today to try on and find a veil to match my dress. Sabrina was amazing, I showed her a picture of my dress and she came out with a few suggestions.

I really appreciated the time and suggestions she made 🥹 Even though the dress wasn’t purchased from KWH Sabrina was incredibly thoughtful, present, provided suggestions and didn’t rush me.

I had 4 or 5 appointments at KWH Melbourne while choosing/fitting/altering my wedding dress and every single person I met in store was helpful, accomodating, professional, knowledgeable and super lovely! I couldn’t have been more happy with my experience at KWH! The seamstress, Genevieve, was an absolute dream to work with. She did a brilliant job at altering my dress and gave me lots of wedding/dress tips along the way!

The AMAZING ladies at KWH Armadale are the best!! They went above and beyond throughout the entire wedding dress experience which for me was over 2yrs as I fell in love with my gown at the very start of the wedding planning process.

They made me feel so confident, beautiful and happy when I visited in store and throughout all the fittings and store visits I cannot rave about them enought (especially Sabrina who was with me every step of the way!) <3

I fell in love with the Sophie gown which I had altered to a sweetheart corset to fit my larger bust-line with buttons in the back - it was everything I dreamed off and my hubby absolutely loved it!

The beading was so intricate and the skirt fabric was breathable and stood up to all the walking through Melbourne gardens/laneways, the 100s of hugs and dancing the night away....a few family members actually stood on my hem towards the end of the night and there were no tares/holes THANK GOD otherwise I would have cried!

The dress also photographed beautifully which was amazing for someone like me who is not photogenic and hates taking photos!

Recently had my wedding in March 2023. I was unsure what I was looking for in a dress and came across KWH dresses. They are all beautiful!

The staff at KWH Armadale were wonderful. The first dress I ever tried on was the dress I ended up purchasing. I am very indecisive and had to try it on 3 different occasions before I made the decision. The staff were so helpful and patient.

Once the purchase was made I just had to wait for it to be made. Once that was done and I went in for my fittings the seamstress made me feel comfortable with the process and explained everything to me before making any alterations. It was so lovely seeing the dress come together.

I highly recommend them as the quality of the dress was top notch and the staff were excellent throughout the process.

From the moment I walked in, to the last fitting I felt so welcomed at Karen Willis Holmes in Armadale. I enjoyed every experience and all the girls there made me feel so beautiful in my dress. Both my mum and I had visited various other bridal stores and this was the best by far, great service and great quality and stunning dresses. I can not thank all the girls there enough for making finding "the" dress such a enjoyable journey.

I had a fantastic experience during my March dress fitting. I actually came in the week prior for an accessories appointment to validate that the Camila veil that I had purchased was still the one for me and nothing was too difficult for the KWH team, they were patient as I tried their whole range of veils only to stick with the beautiful Camila after all! It was a special experience during the dress fitting having an in-house seamstress make to measure on me during my fitting, it felt personal and seeing how much the dress came to life during the 1hr appointment was amazing. Going from it’s off the shelf form to tailored to me made me love the dress 1000% more. Thanks again to the team, can’t wait for my final fitting soon!

What a beautiful experience I have had at Karen Willis Holmes. Starting off with Celeste, she helped me find the the dress for our day. During the consultation, we played around with the dress and decided to customise it to lower the backline, it looked absolutely divine. The fit was perfected and shaped to my body. I felt empowered and above all, beautiful. The experience was second to none, and I have happily shared the positive feedback amongst friends. Thank you to all of the lovely girls at KWH.

I had a great afternoon yesterday trying on some beautiful dresses at KWH. Sam was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I’m not sure if my ‘the one’ dress is from KWH, but if it is I feel informed about the next steps & process, and love that their alterations are in house!
My only slightly negative feedback is that the sample dresses could’ve been a little cleaner!

Highly recommend KWH for any bride looking for their dream gown! As well as their beautiful gowns, the staff at KWH really are so friendly, patient and professional, which really makes the whole experience of finding a dress that much more special. They really take care of you from start to finish, without any pressure. Shout out to our assistant Sam who made my bridal party and I feel super comfortable from the moment we walked in, and was so patient with me trying on every gown until I found the one I loved!

Lauren also was able to suggest a couple of styles that really complimented my shape, height (187cm) and timeframe (4 months). I had the most amazing experience at KWH in Melbourne to pick my wedding dress. The service was amazing and the range of dresses was superb! Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to postpone my wedding and the KWH team made it such an easy process and went above and beyond to support me through the process. 🥰

The service received at the Melbourne KWM boutique was exceptional. After having such an awful experience at another boutique a few doors down, I couldn't help but notice how happy the ladies looked trying on these stunning dresses when walking past the KWM boutique. I quickly called and they booked me in for a last minute appointment that afternoon. I couldn't really envision what I wanted, however after trying on 2 options that the ladies brought in, it was the Bobby gown in nude I couldn't say no to! Thanks to all the ladies that helped in making such a difficult decision so easy, I felt so beautiful on my wedding day! XX
