Elm Haus Cafe

Wandered inside the Elm Haus Cafe yesterday with a group (17 of us). We came without booking just to try and check it out for 'maybe a coffee'. When we found out there was only a handful of other customers we decided to test it and stayed for lunch. The sitting area outside on the veranda with the rainforest outlook is very pleasant and inside the Cafe is full of quirky looking artefacts and oddities. The staff was nice. The quick prep and delivery of our meals was perfect and we all enjoyed our lunches (the buddha bowl was really awesome!) We will surely be back again. It pleasantly surprised us just how good it all was. Thank you for your great hospitality and quick service. 5 out of 5

We tried the veggie burger and the German omelette, we loved them both. They offer a big portion of food thats reasonably priced. They have indoor seating area as well as outdoor seating area. The decoration of this place is very different and nice which gives it a relaxing atmosphere.

Seems like an extremely popular place to visit. Food hearty, and very reasonably priced. Inviting and informal atmosphere and friendly staff. A million things for kids and adults to look at and a cracker play area.

The best scones I've had since my Grans. 😍 fresh, soft and warm. Tasty fresh cream and jam too. Great atmosphere.

Unfortunately the place was closed and is only open at the weekends, but I'm giving 5 stars because the place is just stunning. Would have loved a cup of coffee, maybe next time....

A cosy getaway with delicious homemade bakes and eats. Brilliant place to warm by the fire after a brisk winter morning walk.

Delicious food, friendly staff, and gorgeous surroundings. A delightful way to spend the morning... relaxing amongst the treetops!

This place is so lovely and quirky! The food is delicious! They have a good range of vegan options. (VEGAN FRIENDLY!) The Falafel Burger is fantastic! Never tried anything like it. The berry smoothie is amazing. So fresh and beautifully presented. The staff were so friendly and the whole place had such a positive vibe! I will definitely be coming here again and I 100% recommend this place :)

This place has the VIBE! Its nested in a beautiful location amongst the trees up at mt glorious. It's has that home feeling that just makes you feel like your visiting family. I had an amazing coffee and burger. The only problem I had was I felt like I was literally in someone's home I was afraid to intrude aha but other then that this place is going to become my regular !!

Such a beautiful and unique place! Stopped in here after some bushwalking nearby and had lunch. Portion size was great, servers were lovely and there was rain water to drink! Will definitely be back on our next adventures

Amazing restaurant, lots of great options available for breakfast and lunch. Recently went up with my family and ordered a chia bowl which was recently introduced to the winter menu and a pumpkin turmeric soup. All the quirky collected items around the restaurant make for a fun adventure pointing out everything to your family! Food quality and freshness was DEFINITELY worth the price. The relaxing drive up the mountain and the customer service and coffee was on point. served with a smile :) will definitely be back!!! also you can bring your pets!

Beautiful cafe, calm atmosphere and good food.

A wonderful, enchanted, and peaceful spot. The portions are big and prices are very reasonable. We had the German omelette and the French toast. There is a real magic to this place both inside and out. Don't miss out on the eclectic charm of this hidden gem tucked away in the forest setting.

We went went an afternoon drive through the cold misty and wet winding roads and came across this little gem. The exterior itself is charming but the inside is where the magic happens! With a central fireplace, plenty of seating (including exterior) and a kids corner! The meals are generous sizes and the wedges were delicious! I can’t find any faults and will definitely pop up another weekend soon

Cool and kooky local place. Enjoyed a lovely affogato and the kids had a milkshake that was quite good.

Awesome little café tucked away up at Mt Glorious! My kids loved exploring the café and pointing all the collected items out! The food was excellent and definitely worth the price as well as the coffee. the café was busy when we went on Sunday but the large amount of seating inside and outside was great and the wait time on food was not long regarding the amount of people there :) will definitely be back!!!!!

Great cafe nestled away in beautiful forestry. Options for indoor and outdoor seating. Food has been delicious with each visit. A great place to chill out or study/work with a tranquil change of scenery. The only downside is the internet reception can be a bit spotty although Telstra is usually fine.

Burgers were delicious and reasonably price. Had a great iced coffee with iced cream, and their potato wedges have a generous serving of sour cream and sweet and sour sauce. Atmosphere has good vibes and the bush scenery is awesome.

My friends and I had planned to have coffee at Mount Glorious Cafe this morning, but found it closed at 10am. We are so thankful it was! We have found what we think is a hidden treasure! The cafe has loads of character and we enjoyed the coffee and raw food. The service was friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back another time.
