The team a Wild Ride Cycles are amazing. We were kicking off our Tasmanian Trail ride from Devonport to Dover but encountered a number of mechanicals while on the the Wild Mersey bike trails. Luckily we were able to limp the bikes back to Wild Ride were we had a new break rotor, pads and a bleed done on the spot. Incredible service, support and general Stoke for bike adventures of all kinds! Highly recommend saying hello if you are passing buy.

I stripped the thread on a crank I was trying to remove on my bike and couldn't remove it, so I popped in and these guys dropped everything and got it removed in seconds. Champions.

I had a rear Derailer problem out on the Mersey trails the guys had it fixed at the shop in no time .

Went in about a rear axle which they didn’t stock still helped me out by finding out exactly what I need and where I could get it from! Super helpful!

I can't say these guys are good or bad, however I suggest you check by phone call when they are trading before booking anything with them as they do not keep their web information up to date and you maybe very disappointed to find them closed on a normal trading day.
