Woody's charcoal chicken

Stopped past on a Tuesday night because the local pub was closed. Did not disappoint!! The chips were delicious and the burgers were enormous. I would definitely visit again.

Burgers are tasty and fresh made. With a nice hint of charcoal flavour.
Portions are generous as well.
Staffs are friendly.
A lot of local came here for takeout as well.
Definitely worth trying!

This place is highly recommended. The portions are large, staff friendly and service super quick. It's just that its mostly positioned as a take away joint, so no extra plates for you. However, tables and chairs and comfortable and you will access to plastic cutlery. The chicken was juicy and just perfectly made. Salad choices were quite wide and quite good as well. Overall, I loved this place.
Tip:the inside can get a little hot inside!

Such a filling meal, and great value! The chips are the best I have had in a while. They were crunchy down to the last one. I has the souvlaki which was full to the brim of chicken. My partner had the schnitzel burger, which had triple schnitzel.

The hand painted menu signs add so much character to the shop. They are really well done and look great inside.

Great chicken shop ordered a medium chips and 4 dim sims both were delicious. The medium chips size was good value.

One of the better charcoal chicken dinners I've had! ½ chicken & 2 salads, small (read big) chips, and a drink for $20. Too much for one person, and seriously delicious salads. 6th star if you can start (or be clear about) using free range chooks.

The best fish n chips I've had in years.
Flake was moist with a lovely crunchy,light beer batter.
Potatoe cakes reminded me of one's from when I was a kid.
Scallops absolutely delicious, chips spot on as was the pineapple fritter.
Keep it up Woody's and you'll conquer the valley.

They were excellent. Our group had a vegan burger, beef burger and chicken soulaki, all of which were great. Nice service and sit down or take away available.
The roast chickens look great, and may get one the next time we are near the shop.
I would recommend this place easily to anybody who wants a good quality bite. Enjoy

Peeeeerfect burgers! After riding for 2 hours O’shannassy Aqueduct trail we found this place with amazing burgers… highly recommended.

I HIGHLY recommend this place. Honestly!
The Chicken Souvlaki is amazing! Sauce drips all over the place, it's fantastic.
The chips and potato cakes are always on point, cooked to perfection, crunchy every time, and never oily.
I also HIGHLY recommend the scallop potatoes, hard to get because it's so popular.
Chicken burger with the lot, is a lot of burger! My partner and I only ever order 1 and have half each, it's HUGE!!
Don't wait, or second guess. You want take away that taste as amazing as it smells then GO HERE. You will not be disappointed.

We ordered two schnitzel packs ($15 each) and it was more food than we could eat. The schnitzel's are hand-made on site, not frozen.

I'd eat here all the time if I lived local.

Great spot for cheap family lunch after working up an appetite on the Warburton Bike Trail…huge serves, crispy chips, juicy roast chicken and delicious homemade original gourmet salads. We ate our lunch on the banks of the river behind the shop. We’ll definitely be back!
