I have joined the over 40’s beginners class for a trial block and absolutely love it . The staff are all friendly , super helpful and supportive. I highly recommend anyone give it a try - results mentally and physically are priceless .

I did NOT think I was going to be able to get up on the pole tonight, but I did and it was incredible!!!! I had so much fun, can’t wait to start a course next week 😍

It is a positive environment that teacher provide so much guidance and support throughout the class. I have thought I'd be able to most of the thing I have achieve in pole in has given me so much strength and confidence I didn't I would have gain from the pole room. As well offer such a great activity my close friend and I can share together

Learn pole is daunting but TPR has definitely got you regardless of your starting fitness or dance experience! It's super fun and creative with an incredible community. I feel lucky every time I go to class.

After experiencing 2 other pole studio/company courses I can confidently say that The Pole Room goes above and beyond to provide great classes and courses. The teachers all support and encourage their students no matter what fitness skills or personal fitness goals they have. I Highly recommend anyone wanting to try Aerial and/or Pole classes... go no further than your local TPR studio.

Such a beautiful studio! They offer so many different types of classes, from beginner to advanced tricks classes, dance classes and workout/stretch classes. I love the supportive community too. I have met so many amazing people at this studio including instructors and students. Highly recommend to join!

Ever since my first visit to the pole room, it has changed my life. Not only is pole a magnificent sport, The Pole Room make the experience 10x more rewarding, you don’t just join a studio, you join a community. A community full of people who Are supportive, helpful, and encouraging. A family who cares about you and your journey and wants to see you excel. If you’re thinking about trying pole but don’t feel strong, confident, or good enough like I did, I strongly recommend you give the pole room a call, you will feel welcome and find your inner goddess in no time. I’ve only been with them a year and can do tricks I never would have dreamed of being able to do. Love my pole family ♥

This place totally changed the way I view fitness. The supportive culture and amazing teachers have made exercising and dancing super fun! So many different classes to try, and it's always an exciting challenge, strongly recommend to anyone wanting to try a new activity, to improve fitness, or just get out of the house more often.

The Pole Room Kilsyth is the best thing I've done! I've always wanted to try it and I'm so glad a girlfriend invited me along to join her. After the first class, I was hooked! I've surprised myself at what I've learnt. The instructors are all amazing and so uplifting. Helping me achieve my goals and boosting my confidence. The Pole Room has been a part of my life since it opened its doors. I can't imagine my life without it. It's welcoming, fun, loving and damn hard work in the best kind of way. The pole room has been the most incredible exercise, fun and community for me.
Flexible classes, affordable rates and amazing staff who all put in such a huge effort to make sure everyone feels safe and welcome, while still getting a great workout.

The Pole Room is SUCH an incredible place to grow, learn and be inspired by other people and by yourself too!! All the staff and the students are truly beautiful people and it is such a supportive atmosphere, when you leave can't help but feel so damn amazing. I always rag on to my friends about starting pole at The Pole Room purely because you learn so much about yourself while being 100% supported and lifted up every time you go to class.

Going to class at The Pole Room is always one of the highlights of my week! It's a place for me to de-stress, express and challenge myself, and the TPR team there are always welcoming and encouraging. It truly feels like my 2nd home 💜

I LOVE The Pole Room. As soon as you walk in the doors it’s like coming home. The staff are always super happy to see everyone and really friendly as well. The students are supportive of each other and always encourage you and celebrate with you when you succeed! I would say that The Pole Room is more like a family than a business.

Really fun and you feel so good afterwards 😁 the instructors are so friendly, if you're nervous like i was, it goes away very quickly. you're made to feel comfortable and accepted. there's no judgement, just fun, supportive people 😊
