I absolutely love going to this store . It seriously has everything a tradie could want. The team that work there are knowledgeable and helpful . Total Tools have really thought of everything when it comes to what us tradies need .
I always buy good tools so I get the work done quicker it's a no braina.

The sales staff and manager are all exceptional.
Every time we have been in this store the staff are friendly and their customer service exceeds what most other stores provide.

The staff in this store are always friendly, professional and very helpful.
Whenever I walk in someone asks if I need a hand with anything and when I tell them what I’m looking for they can always take me straight to it.

The experience at Sydney tools just down the road is polar opposite, with rude unfriendly staff who make you stand and wait ages while they’re all stood behind the counter on their phones or chatting!

Fantastic crew of people, I always feel super welcome in the store! All the staff are extremely knowledgeable, they have always gone out of their way to help find exactly what I have needed! Great team 👌🏻

I always find the staff here really helpful. I came in on Saturday to buy a Christmas present for my Son and was greeted by Brooke when I entered the store. I had a mechanical problem so naturally I went to Total Tools Kilsyth. There I met Alby who identified my problem and went to great effort to assist me and advise me on fixing it. Alby is a knowledgeable, helpful beyond expectation and friendly person and I will not hesitate to go back for any of my needs. Thanks Alby.

had one of my new milwaukee m12 ratchets decide to kick the bucket on me not even 2 weeks after owning it, i called up asking if i could organise a warranty claim and one of the boys got in touch with their milwaukee rep and had him come out the next day with a new unit for a straight swap.

Great store with legendary staff
As a tradie I visit this store monthly to buy more or update tools (you can never have enough 😁) and maintenance.
The staff are quick to help or give advice when asked.
Pricing I find quite competitive
Parking is pretty good with trailer on.
Weekends if I have to bring the kids in the staff are great at making the kids feel welcome which is a huge bonus

Hat's off to Joel (the floor manager), I had a warranty issue with one of my cordless tools and he went above and beyond to no only get it sorted out, but got the manufacturer to upgrade the tool.

Total Tools Kilsyth is my go to store for all my tools and Tradie needs. I’ve bought Milwaukee power tools, compressors, air hoses and other bits and pieces. All are good quality and well priced.

Have purchased a few things off them without issue, just recently ordered a makita part and I ordered the incorrect part - the team at Kilsyth changed it over and gave refund for diff, thanks and great service

Very helpful staff and friendly service. Staffing levels are higher than self serve shops like Bunnings so it saves time.
