Murray River Tea Rooms

What a terrific community service that is provided by this multiple faceted business! I had the house made scones, jam and whipped cream (wicked for me) that was just like my Mother made so long ago. Light & moist scones with excellent jam & cream to match plus a very good coffee. Then back again later for two cheese & tomato toasties.

On the Op Shop side….
I found three pieces of clothing on the rack I went through too. I love experimenting with colour, fabrics & shape to be a stand out male (not like most males blending in / fitting in)!

A place to browse and be fed well with home style food. Friendly smiling staff! It’s terrific to see the confidence showing in the waiting staff.

Great area, close to everything straight across the road from the BorderxInn Hotel, grassed area, toilets and BBQ all within a short walk away. Dine in or a take away option. I have a Hot Chocolate and some small eats, so yum, outside on the tables.

Nice little cafe, friendly people working there and the food was awesome. Has scones and the kids got milkshakes which tasted great.

Both Bron and myself would love to thank the beautiful staff at Moama tea rooms , the staff were so lovely and the scones were the best. Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone.

Set inside an op shop, serving great cakes and coffee in cosy ambience. What even better was that disadvantaged people were involved as staff, giving them an opportunity to socialise and learn social skills

Great spot 4 a coffee, on the round about at MOAMA, south side of river, plenty of good s 2 look at ,also a opp shop,plenty of clothing &BRIC a brack etc supporting a good cause.
