This shopping centre is modern clean. Woolies is fresh and often has markdowns.frendly staff,who will have a laugh.

Nice staff, great customer service. Sometimes other customers are rude and self entitled, but these are not local customers. Why so tense ? you're on holidays relax. So what if you have to wait 5 minutes for a fresh hot roast chook, or if they don't have the exact brand or size of the product you are after. Honestly just calm your farm Karen's.

We had a great experience whilst doing the worst activity of a holiday all due to the manager on duty going above and beyond. 10 of us shopping for a week on a houseboat so 4 trolleys later and the female manager spots us and gives us the best customer service an employer could wish for. It was the Saturday before Christmas and she was very busy but took the time to sort us out through the checkout. All the while giving us tips and pointers on where and what to see and where to buy things and what would be open. Awesome - should be sooo many more retailers like her!!!

My local Woollies is one place I really enjoy shopping. Always great prices on any day of the week, but then there are specials too. Displays are well presented and staff are friendly and helpful. I always find what I want at Woollies Moama.
